Ok, it is beta, it is connected to my icloud.
But what calender will it be using? I have many. Can I choose? Where do I see the actual configuration?

A few days ago we received an few messages like the one above to re-autorize our Office365 email connections. A bit surprising but oh well, went to re-authorize and we are stuck here....Anyone else seen this ? Cannot authorize because of the Microsoft Graph API error. Thanks, Andrew

Hello, We've recently run into an issue with some of our booking pages and feel it might stem from misunderstanding how the host distributions options work. Hoping someone can help clear this up. Priortize fairness (the option we had selected): At a certain point users were no longer able to book any new appointments with our hosts at all as it would appear all of our hosts were considered either "overbooked" or unavailable (even though some of the hosts had nothing in their calendars at all). Troubleshooting the booking page confirmed this. This was a major problem since we cannot be in a situation where there are no booking slots available and these "overbooked" hosts were only technically overbooked if you looked at the entirety of the booking page and not the day itself. (example: 3 appointments in the next 3 months isn't really considered overbooked unless all 3 are on the same day). We've now changed it to Prioritize availability, however if all 8 hosts have the same priority set, will it still round-robin or if our first host (i assume alphabetical) happens to be available for each selected booking slot, will they always be the host that is scheduled in?

I am an admin assistant and I have two coworkers who want to give me scheduling permissions for their Zoom accounts. One added me with a license and that set up was fine, but when the second coworker added me I found out that I can't have a license under two different people. Is there a way for me to be added under two different Zoom organizations and be given scheduling permissions for these two different people?

I don't see a resolution for this scenario. In-Person meeting is say in Boston (Eastern Time Zone) I set up scheduler and set Availability to Eastern Time Zone. I set availability to 7am-4pm on a specific day. When I go to the booking page - I'm located in Austin, TX - it shows the earliest 7am ET availability as 6am (as defaults to Central Time Zone where I'm at) This is confusing - if the meeting can only be in-person and it's in Eastern Time Zone - should the booking page default to the selected Eastern Time Zone and simply be greyed out - basically locked? Having folks do time math to understand that the 8am in-person meeting that they selected when they were in Minneapolis 4 days prior to the meeting in Boston will actually be 9am ET when they're in Boston - it seems needlessly confusing. Am I missing something on how to effectively do what I'm trying to do? EDIT - in researching and signing up for Free calendly - Calendly has a "Lock the timezone (best for in-person events)" feature in the booking page options that locks the booking page to the set time zone for the schedule. It seems that Zoom (and Google appointment schedule) so not have this - is this on the near future roadmap? Critical feature for in-person events where some folks hitting the booking page may be in different time zones.

Does anyone know if you can use a different email's calendar than the zoom account email for zoom scheduler? For example, if my email as EmailA @ work.com to log into zoom, could I then use a different email account's calendar to link to zoom scheduler (like EmailB @ gmail.com) ? Or does the zoom scheduler email account have to be the same as the zoom user account?

Feature Request: Enable Zoom Scheduler to check availability for both a user’s calendar and a Zoom Room’s calendar before showing available meeting times. Hybrid meetings often require both a person and a physical conference room to be available. Without this feature, schedulers risk booking times when the room is unavailable, leading to inefficiency and rescheduling.
This would allow seamless scheduling for meetings that require both a specific person and a specific physical space, ensuring no double-booking and improving hybrid meeting logistics.

Is there a way to generate a report for meetings removed by the "Remove recurring meeting series after instances" feature?
I want you to know that just by looking at something that I have not signed up to it. I recently looked at scheduler and before I knew it, that I was told I had subscribed to it. I haven't! How can I get out of it? I only looked. This is a sneaky thing to do! I just looked, I did not buy. Can I please be not subscribed to scheduler because I am not using it. Is there a way to unsubscribe?
