J'ai un souci de filtre rose persistant sur Zoom. J'ai tenté avons tenté plusieurs solutions : réinstallation de l'application, suppression des fichiers de préférences, vérification des autorisations caméra, et même un redémarrage complet du Mac. Le problème persiste. Auriez-vous une solution ?

Dear Zoom Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m writing to formally request guidance on the possibility of changing our default meeting recording location from Zoom Cloud to Vimeo exclusively. As our team already uses Vimeo as our primary platform for video storage, distribution, and post‑production, we would like to bypass Zoom’s cloud storage entirely and have all recordings saved directly to our Vimeo account.

Our goals are:

  1. To discontinue the use of Zoom Cloud for recording storage.

  2. To have all meeting recordings stored solely on Vimeo moving forward.

  3. To understand if it is technically possible to set Vimeo as the direct destination for recordings—without first saving them on Zoom Cloud.

If this setup is not currently supported, we would appreciate any available alternatives—such as immediate post-processing transfer to Vimeo followed by automated deletion from Zoom Cloud—as well as any recommendations or workarounds your team may suggest.

Additionally, if there is a beta program or upcoming feature that would allow direct-to-third-party recording storage, we would be interested in being part of that.

Hi, Im running Zoom app on PC Win 11 (PC Acer Aspire 5),

 

I can participate in meetings and sound and kameravideo works fine, but when the host is sharing a video from youtube or similar sharing, I have no or very scratchy sound.

Participants running pc with win 10 doesnt have these problems, only me running win 11

 

Do you have any suggestions how to solve it in an easy way

Zoom video doesn't work on my Dell xps Intel evo I5 laptop  (not sure if this is the right description). Video works on all other apps and features on the laptop and i have just spent 1 hr troubleshooting with Dell who say there is nothing wrong with the laptop, it is a zoom issue. I have googled and searched  zoom community and followed all the tips and trouble shooting in general terms from uninstalling, reinstalling, logging in and out, security checks, windows checks, camera setting checks, browser security checks. I have tried the zoom app and the browser and to no avail.   Please help.

Can't change Zoom background back to "none."

I set my zoom background to a solid color (purple) and now I cannot change it back to "none." I can't even find the way I set it to purple in the first place. I only have the option to choose an image, none or blurred. When I choose an image it does ... Show more

I set my zoom background to a solid color (purple) and now I cannot change it back to "none." I can't even find the way I set it to purple in the first place. I only have the option to choose an image, none or blurred. When I choose an image it does update my background but if I go back to "none" it goes back to the purple. I've updated and restarted, deleted the app and re-downloaded.

 

Any suggestions would be so appreciated.

Mac Studio video freezing only in Zoom

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in... Show more

I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an Apple M1 Max chip. Running Sequoia 15.4.1. I'm hard wired to a 1300Mbps internet connection. Using Zoom Version 6.4.6. Every few minutes the video freezes for 3-5 seconds, then catches up again. It only happens in Zoom, never in MS Teams or FaceTime. I have uninstalled and re-installed Zoom and even purchased a new 4k camera to see if that helps. Still the same freezing issue. Has anyone found a solution?

Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!!  It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

Just had the weirdest Zoom experience today and I’m still a bit shaken

I was in a Zoom meeting with just my manager this morning — no one else was supposed to be there.

While I was talking, I suddenly started hearing a woman and a child chatting in the call. But here's the weird part: they weren’t part of the call.

My manager kept speaking, but it sounded like he was on mute — not because he was muted, but because his voice was being completely drowned out by the voices of the woman and the kid.

I tried saying hello to them, but they didn’t respond. It was like they couldn’t hear me at all — and I couldn’t talk over them either.

It honestly felt like two totally separate Zoom calls had merged together. I was confused and creeped out.

Eventually, I left the meeting and rejoined — and just like that, everything went back to normal. The woman and child were gone, and it was just me and my manager again.

After doing a little research, I found out this might have been caused by a Zoom glitch — like overlapping audio streams, a phantom feed from another meeting, or someone accidentally joining using a reused link.

 

Whatever it was, it felt like Zoom accidentally connected me to someone else’s living room. Super unsettling.

 

Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else?

after a zoom meeting, can I hide the pictures of the participants, and not me as the speaker.

After a zoom meeting, can I hide or blur the pictures of the participants, so if I like to share a replay, other people can see me, as the spaker, but not the people who participated at the meeting?
