Otter Notetaker view as non video

I want to continue to have Otter Notetaker on my zoom call but want to eliminate it from the participant view.  How can I adjust settings to accomplish this?

Cuando elijo la sala de espera para algún evento repetitivo. Si elijo solo uno algunos de estos eventos que tengan sala de espera, no mantiene la condición.

 

Quería saber si es correcto el funcionamiento en esos términos.

 

O todos las reuniones del evento repetitivo o ninguna. Con sala de espera.

Hi, I am having problems with Zoom on my new laptop which I have not had in years of using it before. 

 

- Black/grey boxes visible on participants' screens over any box I have open (e.g. video gallery, which I need to have open!)

I have followed all the steps recommended in the FAQs (Advanced video settings, etc.) and it is still a problem.

 

- My internet connection keeps crashing during meetings - the internet connection is still strong on my laptop, but I get "internet unstable" messages and it crashes repeatedly. 

 

My new laptop is a Lenovo if that makes any difference.

Hello.

 

A few days ago, I was adjusting my mic settings and what I did is I unmuted myself and then muted the mic (It has a feature that allows me to mute the mic) for reference I have a Fifine A6V microphone. As soon as I did this I was kicked out of the meeting and every time I would try to rejoin and click on "Join with audio" it would kick me out again. I could only see everyone in the meeting but I couldn't hear anything. I was able to fully join the meeting once I unplugged the mic.

 

Now, every time I have my mic plugged, go to settings and click on "Audio" it closes the settings window. I don't understand what happened and I'd appreciate if anyone could help me find a solution for this problem, since I have an online class every day and I need the audio quality to be good so I can be better understood.

I HATE Zoom Workplace

Is there anyway to revert back to Zoom instead of Zoom workplace? Am so frustrated with it, 80% of my reoccurring meetings no longer work even though they're on the calendar. I didn't ask for this additional noise on the plan. I can't believe this, b... Show more

Is there anyway to revert back to Zoom instead of Zoom workplace? Am so frustrated with it, 80% of my reoccurring meetings no longer work even though they're on the calendar. I didn't ask for this additional noise on the plan. I can't believe this, but I'm about ready to switch to Microsoft teams because I can't take, what they did to Zoom, which was the best program out there. Anyone know how to back to zoom instead of zoom workplace?

Gravei um vídeo com o Zoom e ficou como um ficheiro em vídeo na pasta gerada por este em "Documentos". Abri o ficheiro em vídeo e funcionava. Entretanto coloquei o ficheiro em vídeo numa outra pasta para poder realizar uma transferência em formato ZIP para enviar por uma plataforma de envio. Depois de transferir para esta nova pasta, ainda antes de realizar o processo para conversão em formato ZIP o ficheiro em vídeo deixou de funcionar. Aparece a seguinte mensagem: "O Windows Media Player encontrou um problema ao reproduzir o ficheiro." Alguém me consegue elucidar o que se possa estar a passar, o problema e como poderei solucionar esta questão? Muito obrigado pela atenção

Technical issues with ONE Zoom host only ( ? )

Having a problem with a specific host on Zoom. I use Zoom and have never had any technical issues whatsoever - except for this particular one. Had a few meetings initially - no issues. The last two meetings - despite doing a zoom test re:  controls prior with no issues showing / all systems go - I have experienced extreme frustration as I was unable to access my mic primarily and have also had issues with the camera and chat. Both times, I continued to attempt to engage my mic the entire time - and other attendees noticed this and told the host to unmute me. At the very end of the second time these tech issues  happened, the chat suddenly became active in the last 5 minutes as people were leaving - which I find odd.  I then quickly texted and asked the moderator to check in at the end. She waited - and told me that I should " find someone younger to help " which was imho rude and dismissive. I am really puzzled as these meetings were cleared as all systems go on Zoom - as well as the fact that my chat suddenly started working only at the end of a session which I find odd. Does this not point to Admin controlling ? As I had no desire to continue to pay for such a frustrating experience , I cancelled and further meetings with this host. I have since had several Zoom meetings with other groups no issues whatsoever. Any thoughts on my experience not being able to enable the mic, chat and camera ( one time ). Host is not taking any responsibility on their end and telling me that they " can't be responsible for my technical difficulties"  - which ONLY happened with host the last two times. Thanks for any thoughts you may have.
