Error with pass code , will not let people into my zoom meeting!!!
When my participants use the annotation away, it stays on every slide and I cannot erase it. I have to stop sharing and start sharing all over again to get the arrows to disappear.
Hi, Didi here ~ I'm trying to register for the Work Transformation Summit Zoom emailed me to my work email address but it won't let me use this same actual work e-address. Very frustrating & yes, I've tried other e-addresses & no, they don't work either. Otherwise, what's the point of trying to sign up if it doesn't let you use your preferred work email?!? Zoom can piss off too many of its users with these aggravating Catch-22 situations... If anyone has any workarounds or suggestions I'm all ears. Thanks!

I created a recurring meeting over a year ago. It no longer appears in my Meetings list, but it is still active, as I and other members of our group use it every week. I would like to edit the configuration of that meeting, but I do not see any mechanism for doing so during the meeting (when I am host), and I do not see any mechanism for accessing the meeting from the webapp homepage. Creating a new meeting and ensuring the new meeting id and passcode get to all the members, especially those who have not attended in a while, would likely be very disruptive. Is there any way to access the meeting? A similar question was asked by @AASaharaClub but not effectively answered in this post: https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/My-list-of-meetings-does-not-include-one-recurring-meeting/m-p/201824

I have 3 meetings which are recurring and they show up in Meetings under Recurring in my paid account, but nowhere can I find the links to the meetings. You used to be to able to copy an invitation. I need to be able to do this because I don't always have access to email accounts with my clients and often share access via a message thread. Where are the meeting links? Thx.

We are a national homeless healthcare organization and have 50+ staff members -- and about 25+ each host large public-facing meetings and webinars on occasion. We want to limit the number of all-access "admin" roles on our team because it gives that admin access to EVERYTHING in Zoom including each person's work meeting history which feels like an inappropriate and unnecessary violation of privacy for the entire staff team. We are constantly frustrated that co-hosts are not able to access and edit more meeting settings and registration reports in Zoom and there appears to be no way to configure or customize this. We want co-hosts to be able to access registration and attendance reports - otherwise they have to constantly check with a Zoom admin to see who has registered for their event. We want co-hosts to be able to manage registrants, so we can distribute the adminstrative burden of running these meetings and marketing them properly when registration is below expectation. We have also tried using Zapier integration for this purpose, but we found the "Zap" has to be set and re-set for each Zoom meeting which seems excessive. There is no way to do it Zoom-accountwide for meeting registrations. Another workaround we have tried is for the admin to go to the user profile and set up the meeting on someone else's behalf. This at least gives that ONE person besides the admin access to attendance and registration reports (if not the other co-hosts). However, when we setup meetings this way, for some frustrating reason, we are unable to use webinar/meeting templates; and if it's meeting and not a webinar, for some reason the survey library is unavailable as well. When using this approach I have to recreate my most frequently used meeting surveys from scratch which is a frustrating waste of time. We are having these problems in Zoom Workplace -- but also found ourselves with the same problem in Zoom Events, since the Hubs are limited to 5 admins each. And co-host permissions are frustratingly limited and uncustomizable there as well. Please considering adding some features that would help smooth out this workflow. It is truly frustrating and making it impossible for us to design an organizational process around setting up Zoom meetings for our staff and the entire homeless healthcare community which we serve. Thank you.

I've checked everything in this article ( https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066704) and meet all the requirements for wired sharing of iPad, but I see no option for sharing my iPad when I click Share in a meeting (in Screens, Documents, or Advanced). Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone know a solution?

Hi Good People, I am facing following issue in Zoom meeting (Paid Version). The screen share option is deselected by default in Host Tools and I have to select the screen share option every time when starting a meeting. I have tried different meeting links, checked the screen share settings, updating zoom but I cannot find a solution. Requesting someone to please help. I was in a Zoom meeting with just my manager this morning — no one else was supposed to be there. While I was talking, I suddenly started hearing a woman and a child chatting in the call. But here's the weird part: they weren’t part of the call. My manager kept speaking, but it sounded like he was on mute — not because he was muted, but because his voice was being completely drowned out by the voices of the woman and the kid. I tried saying hello to them, but they didn’t respond. It was like they couldn’t hear me at all — and I couldn’t talk over them either. It honestly felt like two totally separate Zoom calls had merged together. I was confused and creeped out. Eventually, I left the meeting and rejoined — and just like that, everything went back to normal. The woman and child were gone, and it was just me and my manager again. After doing a little research, I found out this might have been caused by a Zoom glitch — like overlapping audio streams, a phantom feed from another meeting, or someone accidentally joining using a reused link. Whatever it was, it felt like Zoom accidentally connected me to someone else’s living room. Super unsettling. Has anything like this ever happened to anyone else?

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a recurring issue with Zoom (Pro version): during meetings, the interface becomes unresponsive. I’m forced to end the task via Windows Task Manager to close Zoom. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Restarted my computer Updated Zoom to the latest version Fully uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Closed all background applications Nothing has fixed the issue so far. Thanks in advance!
I can’t click on any of the icons (mic, camera, participants, share screen, etc.), and I’m also unable to leave the meeting normally.
Has anyone faced the same problem or found a solution?
François
