Hello.

I'm trying to create a template.  It seems that if I am editing an invitation, there should be an option to "save as template" at the bottom of the page.  However, I cannot see that.  I am running an older Chrome and can't update on this Windows 7 laptop.  Could this be the problem or is it something/somewhere else?

Also, is there a way to send invitations right from Zoom that come with the embedded calendar invitation?

Can this only be done by allowing Zoom to access my Google Calendar?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance

Summary of Request:
I respectfully propose the implementation of a feature within Zoom that allows the host to set "Original Sound for Musicians" to be permanently enabled by default for both the host and all meeting participants, with no need for toggling during each meeting. This should be in the initial setup and emailed as part of the link to our client so that they never have to hunt for or have to change to the "original sound" for this setting.

Current Issue:
Despite enabling “Original Sound for Musicians” in account settings, users must still manually activate it in every single meeting. For music instructors like myself—who teach dozens of students, many of whom are children or elderly—this creates significant inefficiencies:

- Valuable lesson time is lost teaching clients how to locate and enable the setting.
- The option is inconsistently placed across devices and updates, causing confusion.
- This directly impacts the quality of instruction, retention of students, and my business.

Why This Matters:
Original sound is not a convenience—it is essential to hearing musical nuance. Without it, Zoom compresses and distorts tone, dynamics, and articulations, rendering music instruction ineffective.

This feature’s current implementation disproportionately burdens:
- Children, who often cannot follow technical steps.
- Elderly clients, who may struggle with toggling advanced settings.
- Teachers, who lose 5–15 minutes of lesson time per session navigating technical setup instead of teaching.

Proposed Solution:
Please create an advanced host setting or meeting template option that allows:
- “Original Sound for Musicians” to be locked on by default for the host.
- The host to pre-enable this setting for all participants when scheduling or launching a meeting.
- Optional: The ability to apply this globally across recurring meetings or the user’s Zoom account.

Business Impact:
I have used Zoom for several years and have been a paying customer throughout. However, this unresolved issue is now impacting my ability to retain clients. I am currently researching alternative platforms that allow more consistent control of audio settings tailored to musicians.  I do not wish to leave Zoom, but unless this functionality is improved, I may have no choice and I am not alone.

Final Note:
This request reflects a growing concern among the music education and performance communities using Zoom. Please prioritize this feature to support the professionals who depend on Zoom for their livelihood.

Thank you for your consideration.

This is very sad to see that Zoom developers do not pay attention to add the Ukrainian language to the platform. However, it is really important for every Ukrainian person to give them a crucial opportunity to use this app in their native language. Not everyone knows English to use Zoom, so many people have no choice but to use Russian because it is more understandable for them. It is really hard to use Russian, especially when you consider the fact that the Russian invasion is still ongoing and when the fight for our native language, which has been tortured and attempted to be destroyed by Russia for many centuries, is really important and cannot be ignored in all or some areas of life.

Dear Zoom developers, I am fairly asking you to consider adding the Ukrainian language to Zoom. Ukrainians, who represent a mentionable number of Zoom users, simply need a basic thing - integration of their native language. They will be very grateful for this very kind act on the part of the developers, and I am sure that the number of Zoom users from Ukraine will increase significantly after the launch of the Ukrainian language, because currently many companies or institutions are being forced to deliberately avoid using Zoom due to the lack of the Ukrainian language. Solving this problem will help increase cooperation between Ukraine and the Zoom platform itself. I thank you for the possible cooperation and hope that the changes will be appeared very soon.

Facebook has stopped live-streaming to Facebook Groups from any application as of today.  This includes Zoom's built-in  integration to livestream to Facebook.  Note: You should still be able to livestream to other Facebook endpoints -- just not to Groups.

Zoom did not make this change; it was made by Meta/Facebook.  This change was made by the implementation of Version 19.0 of the Facebook Graph API, which was released January 23, 2024, and became effective today, April 22, 2024.

To livestream to a Facebook Group, you must now use the Custom RTMP method of connecting a livestream.  See this Zoom Support article for information on how to do this from Zoom:

https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064210

Unfortunately, this option requires a Licensed/paid account. Please note that I’m a Zoom Customer just like many of you. I don’t make the rules! If you’re a Basic user, your option to live-stream from Zoom to Facebook Groups at the moment is to upgrade to a Pro license. Consider streaming from OBS which is free and has the Custom RTMP capability built in without restriction. (info added here 25 April 2024)

References in Zoom documentation to being able to livestream to Facebook no longer include the ability to stream to Facebook Groups from the Zoom-Facebook integration.

Added 24 April 2024:

I am running into a strange issue that I can't seem to solve.

I am using Calendly for my scheduling and have Zoom integrated. When someone books a call with me now, they are receiving a "Your Meeting is in 1 hour!" email, and it sends them an automated message saying "Your appointment is now" and then it includes a Zoom link that is invalid (it's the same link every time for everyone).

I've reached out to Calendly support and this isn't on their end. I don't even have a notification set up for someone to get an email after an hour. So I have no idea how this is happening, but it's causing a major issue because people can't log in to my calls because they are attempting to click a zoom link in their email that isn't valid.

Can anyone help?

Pardot captures the registrant correctly but zoom throws the 403 error. Integration/OAuth with SF-Pardot is all working as intended.

Has anyone encountered similar, and how have you resolved it?

Thank you

We use a third party scheduler integration with Zoom Meetings to allow customer prospects to sign up for a meeting with our inside sales reps.

As part of the flow prospects provide their email to the scheduler. This automatically sends out a Zoom Meeting invitation to that email.

However, the prospects email is never displayed when looking at any reports within Zoom internal reporting. My gut says its related to the March 2022 privacy change   however I'm not entirely sure because the change specifies: "If the participant entered their email address during the meeting or webinar registration flow, then it will be shown for that specific meeting/webinar.".

Doesn't entering their email within the third party scheduler which kicks out a Zoom Meeting invite count as "the participant entered their email address during the meeting or webinar registration flow"?

It is critically important that we be able to access these emails within the Zoom platform itself.
