Hi Everyone,

I can only view my upcoming meetings until the end of April 2025.

I'd like to be able to view beyond what seems to be just 90 days. I have a schedule that is planned out through July and need to be able to look at, change and confirm details (manually approve participants) for meetings beyond the 90 days, this is very limiting.

There must be a way to set the view to a longer time range.

Zoom Meeting Add-In not working in Outlook

Add a Zoom Meeting in Outlook with Add-In is no longer working with Outlook Desktop.  When we try to add the meeting, the progress circle spins but never works.  Zoom Client Version VDI_5.15.4.  It is working with Web version of Outlook.

Upcoming meetings not showing up

Hi all, I've set up a series of meetings using Google Calendar, but they are not showing up on the browser. I need to add co-hosts for those meetings, and I can only do that if I'm using Zoom on my browser.Any suggestions on how I can fix that?TY Show more

Resolved! Scheduling a meeting invites are not being sent

Within the past month or so, whenever I schedule a meeting and add invitees, they do not receive the email. I have to send a separate email with a Zoom link that I copied from the original. How do I fix this? It is very frustrating that people are no... Show more

Shared Meetings

How do account members see the meetings on the account owner's dashboard? Is there a way to share as we work on the same meetings together? I need access to change/update things.

Multiple meetings with the same link

I've had a reoccurring problem. When I send an existing meeting link/ID via a calendar invite, it creates a second meeting with the same Meeting ID and will change the existing meeting ID to whatever i've typed into the outlook subject line. It came ... Show more

I've had a reoccurring problem. When I send an existing meeting link/ID via a calendar invite, it creates a second meeting with the same Meeting ID and will change the existing meeting ID to whatever i've typed into the outlook subject line. 

 

It came to a head when we had a forum and people were apparently sat in the waiting room but I couldn't see them. I had to ask them to close the meeting and reopen the zoom again and then they were brought into the room I was in. 

 

In my browser, it will show the same meeting 3x in a row, when you open it shows as reoccurring and will have my invite in the attendees list. (same meeting ID)

 

Is there a solution? I don't want to unlink my calendar but I may have to if it continues?

In a previous version of Zoom, we could view the meetings scheduled by other licensed users by "Display meetings scheduled for others" if we are assigned scheduling privileges for that account. However, this button appears to be gone in this new version of Zoom.

 

Is there another way to view all meetings scheduled by other users in this version of Zoom or is that function completely gone?
