It's been almost a month that all of the blue the audio stopped working when I was in a meeting. I can't listen to anyone or any other sound when I'm the host.  I thought the problem could be with my device so I changed the earphones, but nothing happened. Apparently the program can recognize my mic but i don't hear any sound (even when I try the "test" on settings".
I deleted and downloaded the app again, but it didn't fix the problem. I sent a message to the support, but nobody answered me and I'm still paying for this without being able to use it.

Hi,

I've scoured the internet looking for documentation about keyboard shortcuts to switch between the original audio channel and the interpreted language audio as a simultaneous interpreter. It seems that such a shortcut exists, but hardly anyone specifies what it is, and the few who do don't always agree. I should clarify at this point that I'm focused in particular on Zoom for Windows. Ctrl+Shift+C seems the most popular answer but I can't find it documented anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can find documentation around the behavior of this shortcut? I am not myself an interpreter so I can't just open Zoom and use trial and error until I discover something. My goal is to create a small keyboard as a gift for my mother to simplify her life as a Zoom interpreter, but such a keyboard only seems possible if there are well-documented shortcuts I can use to interact with her Zoom window.

Thank you for any insight you can provide!

Help!

I have tried everything:

- uninstall and reinstall

- audio test (correct  - only - speakers and volume up to 100%)

- Clearing cache

- checking permissions

- adjusting computer audio settings (various...remind me)

This is only happening on my new laptop. When I sign into my old one it works fine.

What the issue it:

When I test speakers, you basically can't hear anything. When I put my head really close to the computer, I can hear the very very faint ring tone. Computer audio is on. Sometimes it makes a brief sound or crack before going quiet. The microphone test works perfectly.

Any ideas?

The new computer is a ASUS Zenbook pro.

Hello all,

I am hoping someone can help me.  I am using a Rodecaster Pro 2, connected with a Shure SM7B microphone, and the Rodcaster Pro2 is connected via usb c in port 1, directly to my macbook.  when i run the tests, I am on Rodecaster Pro 2 Chat, and all the checks work flawlessly, as soon as i get on a call, neither myself nor my audience can hear me.  I end up having to shutdown and go directly into my airpods for speaker and microphone.  Does anyone have a fix for this?  Thank you.  Yes, I have checked mute everytime and I am not muted and neither is my audience.

MacBook Air M2 on Sequoia 15.3 with connected monitor LG 27MD5KA (connected to the Mac via Thunderbolt 3 Dock), Zoom Workplace 6.2.11

I'm using Bluetooth headphones KEF Mu3 for meetings. As the microphone isn't too good usually I connect the headphones, select in the system settings the headphones for audio output, the microphone in the monitor for input before starting Zoom.
Microphone and camera (also in the monitor) work fine. They are listed in the microphone and camera lists in Zoom, respectively.
Meeting starts and after a few minutes the mic vanishes (I cannot select it in the mic menu anymore). Choices left are MacBook mic (useless as the MacBook is closed), iPhone mic (tried that and lost it almost immediately with a message that the connection was lost) and the headphone mic (that turned out to work ok'ish).

A few minutes later the camera is lost as well. Choices are FaceTime HD camera (useless as the MacBook is closed) and iPhone camera (not really useful without a stand).

Funny thing is, when leaving Zoom the monitors microphone and camera remain disappeared (and only will come back after restart).

This doesn't happen in any other online meeting software (MS Teams, Webex, ...) and with Zoom it doesn't always happen. It has happened in December already, i.e. pre Sequoia and happened again today.

Any clues?

I've reloaded Zoom, plugged and unplugged, rebooted, retested, and howled at the moon. Apple tech support couldn't resolve it, and my account doesn't qualify for Zoom tech support. Any suggestions anyone?

I went to record something with music and voice yesterday and all of a sudden the enable original sound toggle is gone when using my android to record. i read in the community people said with ipad they were having the same issue and to go to the gear icon. There is no gear icon on an android phone in a meeting. I checked on my desktop and i had that toggle enabled in settings but it needs to be there on my phone so people can hear music and voice. Why does zoom not let us know of these changes. So frustrating...and embarrasing!

Hi,

I freshly downloaded Zoom Meetings, and when I went to open a meeting, and it prompted me to join the audio channel, I clicked 'join' and the meeting closed. Also, when I navigate to settings, if (and only if) I click onto the 'audio' tab, the settings window closes

I currently have an external microphone and headphones that run through VoiceMeteer Banana. This setup has worked on my laptop, but not my desktop computer.

Any help?
