How do I remove or hide the left sidebar?

I find it annoying and a waste of screen real estate.  

Connectin Microphone

I have a Yeti microphone, but when I try to use it,  it fails (no one hears me), or it doesn't record it. I tried to adjust it in settings, but still, nothing.  How can I connect an external microphone so my audio is better?

suddenly the function sharing changed.

When I launch a zoom session and try to share my screen, it is impossiblle to share the zoom screen.

If I chose desktop, another page appears, if I close the browser, another screen apepars, but not the zoom session open.

What should I do?

I checked the settings in our account with no results.

Please help me

Fixing account email issues

Help!  I need to either fix my business account log in OR cancel it.  But I can't do either because the automated system requires some 10 digit code and I don't know what that refers to or where to find.

The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11....  The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....
When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:
The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....
It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...
Anyone have any ideas?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Although I had set chat to autosave on local host computer, it did not. What can I do?
