Why I get this message in my zoom account "Your payment card on fire wile expire in less than 60 days. Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future". Please explain?

1.Credit card always debited

Dear Sir I registered just for one-month oct-nov to have the full option of Zoom and since then my credit card has been debited. I am using the service of zoom after the meeting I did in November. I am requesting to be refunded. Best regards
