Missing Invoices for Purchased Zoom Phone Numbers
Hello guys, I have bought 2 numbers I got the welcome email from zoom but I didnt get any invoice from zoom, Also my licenses that i bought are not included in my account , Please somebody help

Ich freue mich - wenn mir jemand helfen kann und sage schomal danke! Das Verlängern des Jahre-Abos funktioniert nicht bei mir über die Abo-Verwaltung in meinem Account. Die Laufzeit endet bald und zoom hat mich aufgefordert, zu verlängern. Bei Drücken des Bestellbuttons erscheint das weiß/rote Zeichen -dass das nicht geht. (Formular ansonsten vollständig ausgefüllt mit Abo-Wahl, Kreditkarte, Häkchen bei DSGVO/Coocki-Richtlinien...). Habe ich etwas übershen oder ist es der gleiche technische Fehler, wie im letzten Jahr 🙂 ? Was kann ich tun?

I had this problem. My account was linked to Facebook, but I needed to log in not through Facebook, but through my mail and password. I found the instructions and turned off Facebook login in the settings. Now I'm trying to reset my password, but I get an email that says: But I can't log in via Facebook as I have disabled this feature. How do I access my account?
We have received a request to change your account password. The system states that you can log in to Zoom through Facebook. Click on the button below and select login via Facebook.

Hello everyone, After trying to contact Customer Care for an issue, they emailed me back saying they closed the ticket because "Our records indicate that the email address provided in the request is not associated with an active Zoom account so we are unable to respond to your open ticket." Thank you for your help!
I am currently logged into my desktop account (workplace basic). It might be that I am somehow using my personal email attached to this account rather than my work email. If this is the issue, I don't remember what work email I may have used to create the account and am not sure how to resolve this.

Hi, I had a security problem so I changed the owner of my acount from one of my email addresses to another one. Zoom now says that my email is a "basic" account, when it should be a "Pro" account. I can't have my meetings quit after 40 minutes. How do we get this fixed?

I have a Pro subscription. I tried to log in to set up a meeting, a message tells me I must update to the latest version before I can log in, and I should get [my' "IT team" to help. There is no IT team and I just need a simple way to update the version. All paths are circular however and I come to dead ends. Any suggestions? Thank you

Hello, I needed to purchase a 2-year Zoom Pro subscription for my company during end pf Sep 2024 but since could not find the option, I purchased a 1-Year subscription only. But we now need to extend the subsription by one additional year by this month itself. Thank you to advise hwo to proceed.

Why are there no date formats starting with DD?
I realise this is an American company, but Zoom is supposedly a global program and there are multiple options for MM-DD-YY but no DD-MM-YY options.
