I signed up for a Zoom trial but forgot to turn off renewal. After the trial period on April 15 2025, the system automatically renewed the annual Zoom Workplace Pro subscription through the Google Play Store, so I would like to request a refund. I canceled the subscription through Google Play and I kindly request that you consider processing the refund as an exception.

 

I have called to support team as well as Submit a ticket but have not received a refund and they are jumping from one agent to another saying rest assured we will resolve your issue. But at the end of day they say as you have dispute it with your bank that's why there is chargeback and refund was issued but I had provided them my credit card screenshot in which my credit card company has reposted the charge. Till now I had not received any refund. 

Zoom should work honestly and with ethical business practices. Therefore I request you guys to refund the money asap.

On May 26, I paid to upgrade my account from Zoom Basic to Zoom Pro. I have the invoice in my email inbox, and on the Zoom web portal I can see this invoice in my Payment History (Transaction Type: Credit Balance Adjustment), but no where else is there any indication at all that I have Zoom Pro. I have no access to the features, and when I follow the steps online to resolve (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057835 and https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065302&_ga=2.219133529.1114727551.1717978057-1343244150.1717978057) it does not work and I cannot change my account to Pro. I do not want to pay again. I emailed Zoom support within days of May 26 and have tried calling and have gotten no support. How might I resolve this issue? I need Zoom Pro as soon as possible - grateful for all the support you can offer!

Resolved! Tax Exempt Account

I'm about to upgrade to either pro or business account.  We met with attorney today to file our 501c3 paperwork, but don't have non-profit status yet.  Can I come back and change the account details for tax exemption once we do?

So, I had a business account for my Digital Marketing agency. We paid for 15 yearly licenses and one day (after 5 months of usage) all our accounts has been blocked.

 

I've tried to file appeal multiple times - nothing, tried to contact billing by the phone and emails multiple times - nothing.

 

The answer is always "automated". First all our accounts has received an email:

 

Hello,
We've detected an issue with ****@******l.com, associated with your Zoom account, that violates the Acceptable Use Guidelines or section 3(d) of Zoom's Terms of Service . For this reason, this user has been suspended.
Please reach out to the email owner and let them know if they wish to dispute this decision, they may submit an appeal .

 

The fun thing, there's no such section. After I noticed that they have answered:

We’ve detected an issue with your account that violated our Terms of Service and Community Standards. In particular, this issue violated section 8 of the Zoom Terms of Service and resulted in a permanent block on your account.

But you can see that section 8 is an extremely big section. Of course nobody answered or provided any evidence of the violation, or at least explained what had happened. As well after that automatic answer that they "reviewed" an appeal the ticket is immediately closed. So I can't even continue asking questions.

 

So after 1 months of tries to receive any info or any money, still nothing.

 

They have just continued closing appeals with no answers or with automatic answers. As for now they have money for 15 business licenses which is big amount of money. And they just took them, that's it! Without any evidence, without anything, just because they can!

 

Give my accounts back, or give me my money back! JUST DO ANYTHING! but you can't just say: We don't care, we took your money, do whatever you want!

 

So would be very glad if anyone can help!

Paid for PRO and need it today to do a live webinar.  Followed all the steps suggested in support form and still I am stuck in Basic.  The chat bot is worthless.

How can I get this fixed?  I tried assigning user per the form here and it keeps saying I need to buy a license and don't have one available.  I already upgraded.
