Zoom has given great service to our company while we were customers. Now we want to cancel our subscription, they're not responding to our emails. Anyone else going through this sort of thing?

Hello. I have cancelled my Zoom subscription 2025. I would like to request a refund.
Hi, I like to change the currency of my account to INR, I have current currency as USD which is not right. when I took the subscription that time, there was no Indian currency available, so I had to pay using USD. now Indian currency is available; I like to change that. Please note that auto payment will not happen as the transaction is USD-based. Please let me know when completed so that I can pay in Indian currency. Thank you

Hi, for the last 1 year i was using zoom paid service, i opted for monthly service for all these time. after a break when i did renewal i contacted sales person to whom i asked for the same monthly basis service. but she generated the agreement with 12 month term contract on monthly payment option, which i have signed without noticing the term contract because nothing was discussed about the conract to me by the sales associate, and as i have signed so many times before for my renewals, i though this agreement also would be same, i believed the sales person, but for her commission she cheated me and now giving very cool response, you have signed the agreement so you need to take it up, no consideration for the customers. now when i wanted to cancel the subscription, i was informed by the team they cannot cancel the subscription, i have to take up for 12 months. but i have no requirement for another 11 months, then why should i pay... everywhere they mention you can cancel the subscription anytime but cheating with the hidden contract.. past 7-8 days i made more than 100 calls to the billing department and more than 100 mails to all the members whoever i could contact.. all are irresponsible in helping me. simply they wanted to take money from me, its about 3 lakhs. what justice zoom shows for their customers. i have requested so many times for the wwithdrawal of contract, they are ready to change the plan for the same cost but not to help the customers who were literally cheated by the sales team. when i wanted for renewal i was called immediately by the team, but when i raise some issues i was completely ignored, no one is looking at my issue i have the hstory of invoice for the last 1 year how i paid, looking at the history of my payment also they are not considering my request .... someone form this community please help me out...

I signed up for a Zoom trial but forgot to turn off renewal. After the trial period on April 15 2025, the system automatically renewed the annual Zoom Workplace Pro subscription through the Google Play Store, so I would like to request a refund. I canceled the subscription through Google Play and I kindly request that you consider processing the refund as an exception. I have called to support team as well as Submit a ticket but have not received a refund and they are jumping from one agent to another saying rest assured we will resolve your issue. But at the end of day they say as you have dispute it with your bank that's why there is chargeback and refund was issued but I had provided them my credit card screenshot in which my credit card company has reposted the charge. Till now I had not received any refund. Zoom should work honestly and with ethical business practices. Therefore I request you guys to refund the money asap.

Por favor, eu não quero a assinatura anual e sim somente a assinatura mensal e peço que façam o reembolso de US$ 159,90 em minha fatura de cartão de crédito, eu não posso pagar esse valor alto. Our small non-profit renews every year with Techsoup to get a zoom discount. We host many online events through scheduled meetings and webinars. We have found that if we schedule a meeting for an event and then renew our membership with the discount, our link for the meeting does not function and we need to create a brand new link for the event. Is there a way to avoid doing this? This has caused confusion in the past with our registrants as well as on our end. We prefer to schedule our events in advance and distribute the links to people as they register.

Hello, we are a charity with a Zoom account in the UK and have found out that we could apply for a discount to the plan via Charity Digital (this is called TechSoup in the US). Our plan will renew on 28/10. I want to check whether we need to 1. cancel our existing account and then set up a new one to use the discount code OR 2. Apply for the coupon via Charity Digital and apply it to our existing plan before it renews.
