On May 26, I paid to upgrade my account from Zoom Basic to Zoom Pro. I have the invoice in my email inbox, and on the Zoom web portal I can see this invoice in my Payment History (Transaction Type: Credit Balance Adjustment), but no where else is there any indication at all that I have Zoom Pro. I have no access to the features, and when I follow the steps online to resolve (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057835 and https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065302&_ga=2.219133529.1114727551.1717978057-1343244150.1717978057) it does not work and I cannot change my account to Pro. I do not want to pay again. I emailed Zoom support within days of May 26 and have tried calling and have gotten no support. How might I resolve this issue? I need Zoom Pro as soon as possible - grateful for all the support you can offer!

I had 2fa setup for my personal zoom (gmail) account stored on a former employers device. I must have accidently stored it against the actual work account which I no longer have access to.

 

How can i recovery access to my personal (gmail) zoom account as i no longer have access to 2FA or the recovery codes?

I can see there is some kind of "Trust & Safety" team. I have reached out to them multiple times explaining i am unable to login. Their response is to raise a request here... https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/contact?id=contact_us

 

Keep in mind I've got a chicken and egg problem - i am not able to login with the account to raise the request for that account.

I can't seem to find help for this topic, nor from the useless bot chat agent. I'm logged in with my Zoom meeting account. But when I go to the careers site https://careers.zoom.us/me, it doesn't recognize my login. I've applied before and have an account, but it keeps asking me to sign in. Is this the same log in? If so, why does it keep asking me to sign in?

I have a screenshot, but I can't upload it here, apparently.

  • I click Sign in, it goes to the meeting site. I'm not logged in to the careers site. I sign in and it takes me to the meeting site.
  • When I click Sign Up, it takes me to the meeting site, again.  I can't access my candidate info.

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to remove my university student account from Zoom on my devices (iPhone, iPad, PC). I originally have 2 accounts on Zoom on all of my devices which are my student account and my staff account but since I graduated, my student account is no longer available so every time when I switch account (to attempt to remove account), zoom pops me to login and I couldn't really do that and it seems like there's no other way to remove (not delete) this account from my devices based on what I can find, any ideas?

Hi, I recently changed my email address on my pro account. Shortly thereafter I forgot my new password. Now, whenever I try to log into the account or reset the password, it makes me create a new (basic) account instead. I know I have a pro account because I'm being billed for it.

アカウントがロックされていて解約できない

前職が倒産し、会社のメールアドレスが使えなくなりログインもできず解約できておりません。引き落としは私のクレジットカードになっているので至急解約したいです。

チャットでエージェントサポートとやり取りをし、1-2日の間にメールを送ると言われ、チケット番号を交付されたものの2週間経ってもメールが来ない。

I am trying to change the email address in my profile, and get this error:  Unable to update email(Error code: 33000).

 

The support chatbot recommended I try to create a new account.  When I do this, I get the same error code.

 

I don't see any information about this error code in the Knowledge Base, and I do not have a support contract.

Any help would be appreciated.

So, I had a business account for my Digital Marketing agency. We paid for 15 yearly licenses and one day (after 5 months of usage) all our accounts has been blocked.

 

I've tried to file appeal multiple times - nothing, tried to contact billing by the phone and emails multiple times - nothing.

 

The answer is always "automated". First all our accounts has received an email:

 

Hello,
We've detected an issue with ****@******l.com, associated with your Zoom account, that violates the Acceptable Use Guidelines or section 3(d) of Zoom's Terms of Service . For this reason, this user has been suspended.
Please reach out to the email owner and let them know if they wish to dispute this decision, they may submit an appeal .

 

The fun thing, there's no such section. After I noticed that they have answered:

We’ve detected an issue with your account that violated our Terms of Service and Community Standards. In particular, this issue violated section 8 of the Zoom Terms of Service and resulted in a permanent block on your account.

But you can see that section 8 is an extremely big section. Of course nobody answered or provided any evidence of the violation, or at least explained what had happened. As well after that automatic answer that they "reviewed" an appeal the ticket is immediately closed. So I can't even continue asking questions.

 

So after 1 months of tries to receive any info or any money, still nothing.

 

They have just continued closing appeals with no answers or with automatic answers. As for now they have money for 15 business licenses which is big amount of money. And they just took them, that's it! Without any evidence, without anything, just because they can!

 

Give my accounts back, or give me my money back! JUST DO ANYTHING! but you can't just say: We don't care, we took your money, do whatever you want!

 

So would be very glad if anyone can help!
