I am having an issue when joining a Zoom meeting with my name not being correct. My daughter used my computer for Zoom meetings for her school and now when I go into a meeting, the name on the screen is my daughter's instead of mine. This happens whenever I am in a browser and click "launch meeting," however, when I click on support, it shows my account and my name.  How can I completely logout of my daughter's account so it doesn't automatically link to hers? This is frustrating that I can't talk to a physical person who works with Zoom to figure this out.

Unable to sign in zoom account through email and password

It said that your admin has disabled this sign in method. Please contact your admin for assistance signing in

I'm having an issue where when I've enabled to see contacts on the zoom app, its automatically linked my phone number to my contacts and it will not give me the option to remove it. Even when I go on the website to see if theres an option to remove it, it says there's no mobile numbers linked however I know this is false as other contacts on zoom can see my number which I do not want them to. Please help!

Zoom System is not Sending Confirmation Emails For a Changed Email Address

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I try and change the email on my account, the system fails to send a confirmation email to either the new email on the old one.  I am about to lose access to the email my account has at present so I may need to just cancel the account.  Might move to Teams.  Zoom used to have chat customer service but seems to be gone these days...  Information is Support is more about how to operate the app rather than solve account issues.

Cannot sign in with Apple ID

I cannot sign in with my Apple ID. This is the only method I can access the account.

So I cannot change my billing status.

If I try to sign in with Apple ID, then return to the sign-in page again.

How to solve it? Chatterbot is completely useless.

I have clients who request to have Zoom licences assigned to general delivery boxes. We have done this without issue in the past but in the last year or so, when we go to assign these licenses, the client's receive a notification stating that we hve "requested to add you into their Zoom account" . If the client accepts the request, they have access to our Zoom admin portal (access to billing, etc.), which is clearly not what we want. 

 

When we assign the license to a client directly, they receive a message that our team "has created a Zoom account for you." If they accept this, they have access to their own account which can be used to schedule meetings. This is what should happen when we issue the license to a general delivery box.

 

Any ideas what we are doing wrong?

We have disabled login with email access to the associates today on the zoom admin portal.
So, our main thing is all the users should login there zoom account by using the SSO Method.

But still i shows the email & SSO icon from the User’s account on Admin portal.

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Hello. I am seeking assistance with accessing my Work Pro account, for which I am admin.

(I am writing here via my personal basic account)

 

In changing over phones, I have lost access to previous Zoom 2FA credentials via my authentication app, and do not have recovery keys on file to access.

Any help, ideally setting up a new support ticket would be great. Thank you.
