Hi, I inserted a PowerPoint slide deck into Whiteboard so participants could see a presentation while also viewing our meeting notes. I'm able to advance the slides on my end, but the meeting participants don't see the slides advancing (it's stuck on the first slide). Participants can manually advance the slides, but as the presenter, I want to control that. Is there a way for the host to advance slides for all participants?

I use the Classic Whiteboard on an iPad Air. After updating this week to version 6.2.3 my Apple Pencil doesn't write smoothly on the screen. In contrast, the stylus works properly in other apps. It even works properly in the newer Whitboard, but I can't use that option because I can't see the other participant. Has anyone else experienced this Apple Pencil problem?

When teaching my math class, I always screenshare the classic whiteboard because it's bigger. When I click the toolbar to erase what I wrote, the whiteboard minimizes by about 30%. This just started today. If I want to change the ink color, nothing goes wrong. Touching my pen to anything I usually do on that toolbar minimizes the whiteboard every time. I just uninstalled Zoom Workplace Pro yesterday in order to update it via reinstalling. That's because the update instructions use features I don't have. I repeated that process this morning to no avail. My version is now 6.2.3 (47507) on a Dell Inspiron 3793 laptop (Windows 11). Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi, Recently, the classic whiteboard (which I definitely prefer over the new one!!!) keeps minimizing as soon as I click any button on the tasklist. I believe it must be a software issue as this is a new problem which I haven't had in all those years. As Zoom cannot be contacted directly (which I believe is really bad manners as we are all paying for their service), I am asking you guys if you have any suggestions of what is wrong. Thanks in advance!

I use the Zoom Whiteboards with my Dyslexic students. I'd like to disable to spelling auto correct function. Is there a way to do that? Thank you!
I'm attending classes which use the Whiteboard function, all is usually well, although from time to time whiteboard just cant open. my connection is a-okay, zoom is updated, permissions are all there. It comes back with the error: "Failed to load page ErrorCode:-2000 ErrorMessage:Time out when requesting "RefreshTokenResponse" s-code-130868c94a-1697473300297". Not sure what to do, it's getting really annoying 😞

Have you all tried writing on the Whiteboard using the new cursor yet? When you try to write, it appears way above the cursor's position! It's impossible!!!
Why ruin an excellent product??? It's unfortunate!!
I had to switch to Canvas...
The Whiteboard editing icons do not remain selected for next use.
If I want to add text multiple times, I have to click the letter T every time, and change the color every time.
The same applies to lines and pen.
Why don't these settings remain as previously set?
Am I missing a configuration?

I'm using Zoom Workplace provided via my academic institution licence. I want to use the whiteboard voting feature during a workshop that will be attended by mostly external participants that are unlikely to have Zoom accounts. In my trials it seems that it is not possible to participate in a vote unless the person signs in. I want to keep the process as simple as possible as many of my participants are older. Is this a limitation of using the Whiteboards or am I missing something in the settings that I can change to allow everyone to vote? I know i can use polls, but the vote function in the whiteboard better suits my needs.
