I'm using Zoom to teach online English lessons to a young student. I embedded videos into the whiteboard but my student sees a static image, she can't hear or see the video. I also tested this with a second computer, and faced the same issue. As a host I can see and hear the video, but the participant doesn't hear or see the video even though I'm sharing the whiteboard. 

I know I can share the video from Youtube by sharing my screen, but going back and forth between the whiteboard and screen-sharing other content disrupts the in-class acitivities. 

I'm using zoom workspace 6.3.6 on a Mac.

I hope that you can clarify one big doubt I have in terms of using the Zoom Whiteboard (and not an external) for my digital trainings.

Is it actually possible to have the participants in different breakout rooms editing different pages of a whiteboard?

If I do a group exercise, I sent the different groups each into a different breakout room to work on a task. Each group  might have a different task to answer or I don't want the groups to see each others answers, so I would need the possibility that each breakout room can see and edit their group corresponding whiteboard page.

I hope I explained myself well and really appreciate an answer to know whether I can use the Zoom Whiteboard for my trainings or if I need to work with a different whiteboard to grant this possibility. MANY MANY THANKS!!

For various reasons! I am still using Mac OS 10.14.6.

I had a workshop yesterday using zoom 5.12.9 and built a whiteboard – see the image with text below.

After I realised I needed to upgrade Zoom. Did that today to 5.13.7

Now this is how my whiteboard looks - see the image with no text below.

Also I can no longer input text to a whiteboard.

Any suggestions?

Bonjour, when I write a Vietnamese text, this text disapear !! (was ok before with oldest version of Zoom !!)

It's ok with french or American text !!...a solution for me ? Merci Please tell me how to recuperate the classic  whiteboard more easy and flexible to use. here my zoom Version :5.17.11 (31580)

When I use the writing tool on the whiteboard the letters have borders so it's very difficul to read. This thing happens on one of our zoom accounts. I tried to change the format, but I can't find the option for this, I can change to bold, italics or the size, but that's all. What;s interesting is that when I'm typing the letters mook normal, after I've done and click on the whiteboard they get this weird shape with orders and shadows. Any advice will be appreciated.
