I'm a self-employed English tutor and I want to allow my students access to whiteboards after the Zoom, but it says that the administrator (me?) has "disabled collaboration with users outside your organization". I saw someone else's post about something similar, but I'm still unable to fix this. Would love some help please!

I am trying to import a simple small PNG into the whiteboard. The instructions on how to do that (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058482) say to use the upload icon which does not show and if it does not show to have the admin enable that feature

I still do not see the upload icon in my editing tools, however (screenshot).

If I use copy/paste, it would only allow text, but not a PNG.

I am a music educator and am looking for musical notation, the music template offered does not show near the elements I need, but it would work if I could add my own icons.

I have been facing this issue for two weeks. All the whiteboards I created were deleted. I recovered some of them, but they were deleted repeatedly. I have updated the Zoom version, as well as my credentials, but the issue persists. What could be the reason?

While in meeting with colleagues I will use the annotation tool to markup drawings and the pencil defaults to the largest size that takes up the entire window. I manually minimize it every time, but it takes a while to minimize to the smallest size from the largest. I do not use any key shortcuts while using Zoom. It has been time consuming and a little embarrassing to have happen in my meetings with clients.

We are wanting to use Zoom Whiteboards in our online classes and we are hoping that a link from a whiteboard template will create a separate whiteboard for every user and not one where they all collaborate in the same space. Is that possible?

We don't want to have to share individually to each student with over 600 students with multiple classes.

Whiteboard worked fine last week - all those in the meeting could edit the active whiteboard. This morning, only I can (as the owner). I opened it as usual in "collaborating" mode. I've tried creating a new whiteboard. Again, other participants can only view it, but can't collaborate. I checked to see if there was a Zoom update available. There was, and I installed it. Still have the problem.

Help! I need to have this working for a convention next week!

I am using whiteboards for many of my zoom sessions and wanted to replace jamboards however when I try to create a 4th whiteboard it tells me I can only have 3 editable whiteboards at a time and need to upgrade, however a colleague has the same payment plan and has 14!  Am I doing something wrong?
