I left Zoom some time ago because the whiteboard was not allowing me to write small circular letters with my XP-Pen tablet. It seemed like it was perceiving it as selecting something. Google Meets came along with a new whiteboard, but it was lacking in features, but at least I could write on it. I came back after feedback from one of my colleagues suggested it. I was happy to see that the whiteboard has really added a lot of the features that Google Meets had. Unfortunately, I think the same issue exists with the compatibility between the tablet and the white board. Now, I get a double arrow that points left and right when I am writing. I can click on the pen and the cursor changes to a pen for a bit, but then changes back to the double arrow. It is very annoying and will probably be a deal breaker unless I can find a solution. I can't be the only person running an XP-Pen tablet on here.

The other issue that I have with the whiteboard, is that I have to login to save the board. I am not sure why because I have to login to open Zoom and to get on a meeting. That tells me that I am already logged in and shouldn't have to break stride to log in.

Why has my white board changed?  It is now a dot board.  I cannot save the boards the way I used to.  Can I get the usual white board back please?  Today I had to take photos of the white boards with my phone, email them to myself, download them, and then send them to clients.  This is absurd!  Please help!

Last night my whiteboard was updated, it looks great, but I'm totally lost.  How do I save whiteboards to my computer?   When I'm typing and press Tab, it increases the font size.  I tried changing the settings to classic whiteboard, but I still get the new version.  Any suggestions?

I've had some difficulties with the new whiteboard, but the main one is that some letters disappear when I export the whiteboard into a PDF, during the meeting.

I write in Latin letters and Hebrew letters on the same whiteboard. The Hebrew letters appear as rectangles on the PDF. I precise I've never had this problem with the classic whiteboard.

Enclosed are the PDF whiteboard and the whiteboard as appearing during the Zoom meeting and in my Zoom account on the website.

Can anyone help?

I am a tutor. I am getting so frustrated with Zoom I am thinking of cancelling my subscription. I cannot invite my students to collaborate, they can't write, type or annotate on the whiteboard. They can't even see a bar. The videos and the photos on here do not match up to what I have on my MacBook. I can't change the settings. I need someone to get in touch and help. I just paid the extra subscruption as I thought that was the issue but it clearly was not.

J'ai créé un tableau blanc lors d'une réunion. Malheureusement le paramètre par défaut est configuré sur utilisateurs invités uniquement et j'avais envoyé une invitation groupée aux collaborateurs de l'entreprise. Donc il n'y a pas d'utilisateurs invités spécifiquement.

Je n'arrive pas à modifier ces paramètres car il est noté que l'admin a bloqué cette fonction. cf capture d'écran

Mais l'admin c'est moi (la titulaire) et je ne sais pas à quel moment j'ai bloqué cette fonction ni comment je peux faire la modification.

The new whiteboards are really cumbersome. Has any one found any tricks to make them at least partially usable?

What I would like to see are;
  - default to all eyes on me

  - make all eyes on me sticky

  - a quick way to jump back to sharing the previous whiteboard

  - a quick way to create a new slide and jump to that

  - a quick next slide / previous slide button.

or a reliable way to force it to use the classic whiteboard. I know there are supposed to be options for that but I can not get any of them to work.

Do any of the above exist?
