Hi, 

I ran two Zoom meetings with whiteboard yesterday. In the first, my meeting guests (not part of my organization, they just got to the meeting via my Zoom link) could see the 'upload' tool in the tool panel.

 

In the second meeting, my (different) guests tell me they couldn't see the 'upload' tool.

 

As far as I'm aware, my settings were the same and I wasn't doing anything different. How can I ensure that my meeting guests in future have full access to whiteboard tools? I have a Zoom One Pro account.

Access to Annotations

Sharing a whiteboard but participants are unable to access annotations to also write on whiteboard. Have checked all the settings and all enabled to allow participants to use. Option to disable annotations comes up which makes you think it is set up ... Show more

Sharing a whiteboard but participants are unable to access annotations to also write on whiteboard.  Have checked all the settings and all enabled to allow participants to use.  Option to disable annotations comes up which makes you think it is set up correct but when participants select the View options only get request to take control - giving them control does not allow them to contribute to whiteboard.  Something I am missing?

Why the participants cant write on the screen  during the meeting ? When the meeting is through Ipad it doesnt work but it works through the computer ? 

Keeping a whiteboard active throught meeting

When I used the classic whiteboard during a meeting, I was able to share another screen, and then return to sharing the whiteboard. With the new whiteboard, if I switch to share something else, the whiteboard seems to disappear, and I have to recreat... Show more

When I used the classic whiteboard during a meeting, I was able to share another screen, and then return to sharing the whiteboard. With the new whiteboard, if I switch to share something else, the whiteboard seems to disappear, and I have to recreate it. From playing around, I managed to learn to save the whiteboard on a storage device, and then upload it again when I needed to return to it. That's extremely impractical to have to do during a meeting. Any alternatives?

How do I disable emails being sent when meeting member use Whiteboard?

Hi

I've been using Whiteboards with group members and each time a Whiteboard is started, they receive an email. Is there a way to disable this function?

I'm not finding an option that allows people to vote without their name being attached to the vote. There are times when people need this extra step to allow them to speak their mind in the presence of power brokers. Am I missing the setting somewher... Show more

I've been unable to view or use the whiteboard feature on the Zoom application. When trying to do so, the application simply states "Unable to Load this Whiteboard Error Code:2". Happens regardless of whether I wish to open it while in a meeting or simply on the app.

Funnily enough, it works on browser (i use chrome specifically).

 

I've already uninstalled and installed zoom multiple times & have reset my device as well but no luck.

 

Any ideas?
