I am struggling to put on Closed captioning for the zoom class that I am in ... I have already tried clicking on the zoom tab and did not see anything. I clicked on the "more" tab and there was only an option that said "stop incoming video"... I even went to settings and clicked for "manual captions"... "automated captions" and "save captions" and I still don't have closed captioning.

 

Would anyone be able to help with this?

Resolved! How to delete a contact but keep chat history if resumed.

So i want to delete a contact from my zoom account.  But if i get the conatct again i need the chat history back

How can i do so. Please help

Hello! Since last week, my teams have been in zoom meetings where the chats that come through during the meeting can be seen via the notification pop-up, but when you click into the chat modal itself, they disappear. Also, when going into breakout rooms, we cannot see any of the saved chat. Is this happening to anyone else /  are there any other known solutions?

Missing recording

Hi, I recently recorded myself taking an exam for a graduate school class. I just went back to try and get the link to submit to the professor and this is the message I get when I click on the recording:

 

The recording does not exist(2237)
