Hi there, since one week I´ve got the strange symptom, that zoom (version 5.13.3 (11494)) shows that there should be 3 new messages. If I open Zoom, it is shown in the Team-chat area. I happens on every device I´m loggin on (3 workstations, 1 Mobile device), I´ve got no new message left, no contact requests. Anyone else who has/had this and knows a solution?? Thanks in advance Frank

I can no longer use my Zoom account on my Mac Book Pro running Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6. Since my computer is no longer able to upgrade my operating system how can I access Zoom now?
I used to be able to click on a zoom link to connect. Now it is telling me I have to click on web browser to get on and also stating I need the latest version. How to I download a free latest version for Zoom?
Not sure why this is happening. I am in a meeting, and while my name is on my zoom picture, my full email address is showing up in the chat for everyone to see. What do I do about this?
If you want to implement your super secure features at least give us the ability to opt out. Would Zoom have ever climbed to its massive install base if it had this badly implemented feature from the beginning? Was it so difficult for developers to imagine there might be users who need to device hop a lot or that they have faith in their password or that their Zoom is not super confidential? Let us turn this off! Put the off link into the email. For example: Click here if you never want to be bothered by this confirmation email and accept the risk. You can change this back in settings etc To be clear: this issue seems separate from what is controlled by settings: ADMIN > Advanced > Sign In > Two-Factor Authentication

Good Afternoon. I have received an offer for the customer service representative position via e-mail. I would like to set up the Zoom call with Amanda Welch.
Thank you and hope to hear from you soon.
Jacqueline Zuber.
Hi all, I'm an admin of a zoom channel and used to be able to add members to it. However, for some reason, the option is now greyed out and I'm unable to do anything. The owner can add members, but as this is one of my roles, I need to be able to as well. Can anyone please tell me why this is and what the fix is for it. Kris

I cannot see all the entries added to the Chat, whereas everyone else in the Zoom can see them
This has happened on the last two sessions I hosted/co-hosted and has also happened to a colleague
I am running Windows 10 on an Intell i5-5200U Dell Inspiron 5548 laptop. Zoom does not launch a Join or Host meeting. When clicking on either, they both go blank and nothing further occurs. This happened after updating Zoom last November. I had temporary success by making some changes in CMD admin mode DOS window. Now that doesn't work either with the latest update. What can be done?
