Hola. Alguno sabe porque no puedo grabar, siendo que ya borre muchas grabaciones, borre de la bandeja de eliminados y la capacidad dice 58.98 GB(1,180% usado) de 5 GB (es decir ya puedo seguir grabando) y aun no me permite seguir grabando? algo lo bloqueo? ayuda!!!

Hello, I was using a paid account and completed several recordings. Then, I was asked to link my email to my work account, which I did without thinking. When I did that, it switched to my work account, which does not include the ability to record. All my recordings are no longer available. Help... Is there any way to retrieve these recordings? When I enabled Remote Support in advanced settings, I don't see the support button option when I do a new meeting. Anyone know what could be causing this?
