Hola. Alguno sabe porque no puedo grabar, siendo que ya borre muchas grabaciones, borre de la bandeja de eliminados y la capacidad dice 58.98 GB(1,180% usado) de 5 GB (es decir ya puedo seguir grabando) y aun no me permite seguir grabando? algo lo bl... Show more

problemas de cámara

Desde la última actualización de zoom todos mis dispositivos presentan una falla en el vídeo, la gente con la que me conecto está teniendo el mismo inconveniente a medida q actualizan la aplicación

Realicé una grabación y guardado local con la aplicación y el archivo se corrompió, se puede volver a descargar .?

I accidentally ex-ed out from the meeting. There are some important info I'd love to download from the chat. How do I go about downloading it? I went to Reports > Chat History but it says no data found? 

My zoom meeting no response

My zoom went to a gray color and it doesn't respond to me anything, but it shows I am in a meeting. How can fix this problem?

Hello, I was using a paid account and completed several recordings. Then, I was asked to link my email to my work account, which I did without thinking. When I did that, it switched to my work account, which does not include the ability  to record. All my recordings are no longer available. 

 

Help... Is there any way to retrieve these recordings?
