The local time have changed on October 27th.
Users have the correct Profile and System time Zone (GMT +1:00) that is working correctly in chat messages but the time of previously scheduled reminders shown as the old GMT+2 format.

 

The workaround looks like to re-schedule reminders... but it could be fine for a couple or users but not massive users with same issue.

I promise I have tried to search for the answer to this. I can't find a clear answer. There are a few different kinds of chat in Zoom, and a few different settings that control retention. So to be as specific as I can:

 

On my computer in Zoom I have been chatting with people for years. Private encrypted chat. Not a group chat. Not a channel. Not chat in a meeting. Not private chat in a meeting. Advanced chat encryption is enabled at the account level for all users.

 

In several of these chats I can scroll back approximately 10 months ago. Where is this 10 month retention period defined? Can I change this at the account level? (for all my users)

 

Is this chat history stored only on the device? If so how come I can see it on another device? For example on my smartphone I can see the history of these chats that happened on my computer.

Can't seem to get on Team Chat on my computer but it automatically downloaded on my phone and IPad

I can't see my zoom workplace on my PC. I can't find a place to share or sign in . I can't access it from my computer. So when links are shared I have to edit on my IPad and I would rather the PC. What am I doing wrong? where do I go to sign into our... Show more

Zoom Diagnostics app message

How do I get rid of the ZoomDiagnostics.app is damaged and can't be opened message - you should move it to the Bin. It won't Move to Bin or Cancel despite multiple tries. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom but it won't go away. Working on a brand ... Show more

How do I get rid of the ZoomDiagnostics.app is damaged and can't be opened message - you should move it to the Bin. It won't Move to Bin or Cancel despite multiple tries. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom but it won't go away. Working on a brand new MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.3   Help please !!

I have updated my zoom app to version 5.7.5 (1020). I hid my zoom channel and I am unable to unhide it. Some of the channels show up when someone is added or someone sends a message in it. I searched for the solution on google and they work with older versions of zoom. Link-How to Hide or Unhide Chat in Zoom - YouTube .I figured out how to bring back the external contacts on my contact list, but not the channel. I even tried to exit and then open the app, it did nothing.

MacOS Zoom Chat Code Snippet not fixed font

Is there a way i can force the code snippet feature in zoom chat to use a fixed font? It uses some non-serif font that causes the code and any data to be out of alignment. Doesn't matter what drop down I use for code style, it always shows up unforma... Show more

Evening all

 

I am suddenly having issues adding external contacts/users to my channels. I have been able to do this for years yet suddenly today I am unable to. It states that an invite has been sent to the account yet those account holders have received nothing in their emails or on zoom client. 

This is a huge part of the way we use Zoom as we are easily able to share resources and docs with the appropriate accounts using the channel. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

On the page above it states  that admins can enable disable certain external users privileges yet I cannot find where I can do this.
