I have been using Zoom since 2020 and its the best app that worked for me during my classes and meetups during that time, I used to store messages video clips and every small memories that I had in my personal space to save in zoom (our own chat space). After online classes and everything came to an end I had stopped using Zoom in 2022 and had never used it ever since, but did login to a mobile from a PC. Today I finally logged in to my laptop after 2 years of not using it, just to see all my messages and files that were sent to my personal chats not there, I have never faced this with zoom in all the 3 years of my usage. Was this something that happened after a new update or version release? Is there any way to get all those back?

I just started having an issue in Team Chat with my screenshots I take not showing a preview on my screen, and when someone sends me a screenshot, I get Unable to Preview. I can see the screenshots fine on the web app, and on my phone app, but I cannot see it on my desktop app. I have looked at every setting I can think of, but I can't figure this out. Anyone know how to fix this?

AI said to click on the profile picture, then client options. It does not give me client options, though.
Hello Community! The Zoom Icon in my task-bar is no longer displaying the number of unread or new chats I have. It was a notification; a red icon with the number of chats hovering over the Zoom Icon. However now the Zoom Icon just blinks when I have unread or new chat messages and I don't always see it blinking. 1. Suggestions on how to get the number of unread or new chats notification back to hover over the Zoom Icon. 2. Suggestions on other ways to get notified of the number of unread or new chats as they come in. Thank you, Kelly

We have several apps that share links to pages and documents that are http: like but are for other apps. Example door://xxxxxxxxxxxxx or cab://yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. zoom does not recognize these as links and thus we cannot click on them to open. We have to copy the link and paste it into windows explorer. Is there a way to add prefixes other than http to generate links in the chat?

Hi, Is there a way to prevent GIFs from autoplaying by default? Sometimes my team goes crazy with them and while that can be fun, it's also distracting, and it's annoying to have to pause all of them one at a time. If not, there should be, please add this as a user settings option. Also, is there a way to minimize or hide them from the chat once I've seen them? That would help a lot with readability and focus. Thanks!

Hello
I was tried to input ñ on chat but it just make numbers. I'm using linux mint BTW so I don't know if it's a bug on the linux app or something else entirely.
I recorded our Zoom meeting yesterday and it says it was being recorded. After the meeting, it was being downloaded. But I can't find it and there's no evidence now of the recording.
Can anyone help? Thank you.
