Sometimes an attendee "shares their screen" by mistake. When it happens in my meetings, I know the person didn't mean to be disruptive, and I stop their sharing as fast as I can. But it interrupts the speaker and distracts everyone's concentration.
It would be nice if we could set it so that the host and co-hosts were the only ones who can share. Or if we could specify a particular attendee to be able to share their screen, but not "everyone."
Sometimes I want an attendee to be able to share their screen, but I don't want "everyone" to be able to share their screen.
Thank you.

Hello all. I am curious if Zoom archives chat interactions? I know there is the 7 day default for messages to be saved per user. However I am looking to see if there is more robust archive data available. As a people leader I need to try and go back to an interaction between two people on my staff to see what exactly was said and make certain there was no modification to the message prior to it being shared with me.

Thanks

I have encountered a frustrating situation in that the Zoom Home Page appears differently depending on the browser used. I personally use FireFox in Windows, however, some of our users use Chrome or even a different OS (Mac) . Those that do are presented with a different home page that does not look the same as the one in Firefox nor does it have the same options. Why? How can i document how to setup and host a meeting if the process is different depending on browser type? Is there a way to ensure that all see the same thing when they go to www.zoom.com?

Zoom MFA and Samsung's Cloud Services MFA

Hi,

I'm setting up Zoom MFA, however it merges with Samsung's Cloud Services MFA. Is zoom using Samsung's services?

If so, I'll be labeling my MFA as such.

Thank you.
