As the title says, I can't open the chat window anymore. I'm running on Ubuntu 18.04.6 and my zoom version is 5.8.0 (16) I still receive messages and the notifications show, but I can't open the chat windows to reply.. Anyone had a similar issue or maybe an idea on how to solve this? Thanks

HI. This is the first time using Zoom on my husbands laptop. I have tested the audio and it all tests correctly. I have double checked settings and it is all correct. No one is muted. Does anyone know why the audio is not working? Please help. Thank you, PL

I have tried to the extent of my knowledge to solve this issue, yes I have reinstalled. I have the zoom client installed on my laptop which is running MX 21, I can not sign in with SSO. I can go to [university].zoom.us and log in from my browser but when I do it from the zoom client it times out. I can join some classes from the browser and they launch alright, but I can't open the client to change settings. Other classes when I attempt to join I get an error screen which I have attached. This application is unusable and I'm missing classes because I can not join them.

It says Zoom is no longer supported after August of this year, and while still working, prevented me from fully participating in a local government event due to the outdated Zoom software or interface or something that I was using I have no idea what this is all about, have used zoom just a few times, but would like to update or change or do whatever I need to use zoom better on this old Chrome laptop

I do not receive zoom invitations and links sent to my gmail account. No problem if they are sent to my wanadoo account. Seriously inconvenienced as all my professional activity is linked with gmail. Noticed with emails sent from California and Lausanne in Switzerland.

I did the upgrade to Mac OS Monterrey in my mac and Zoom app does not work, the message is you are unable to connect to the zoom app
I do by browser and works, so is not the network connection

I just bought a plan and I'm trying to set up a meeting, but getting a message that I only have the basic, free, 40mins plan. Why is this, I need tot set up my meeting.
