줌 화면이 자꾸 제 거만 멈춰요....
줌 사용할 때 계속 화면이 멈춥니다. 처음엔 괜찮다가 한 10분 지나면 멈추고, 다시 카메라 껐다가 키면 괜찮아지는,, 그런 식이에요
계속 이런 문제가 발생하고 있어서 줌을 다시 지웠다 새로 깔아보기도 하고, 카메라 드라이버도 새로 설치해보고, 비디오 상세 설정 가서 랜더링? 아무튼 그 옵션도 조정해봤는데 계속 이러네요......
혹시 이거 왜 그런 건지 아시는 분 있을까요.....

The other day, I re-installed the zoom app (iPad), but before re-installing, I could see other people's presence status normally, but after re-installing, all other users' presence status icons are showing available (green square).
Is there any solution?

Hi all, a user have some issues with the app notification. He just see the number of unread messages but not as a notification on the lock screen. It is not a ios notification setting problem. I test and use my zoom account on his mobile phone. It works, I get the notifcations as a pop up - but with his zoom account nothing, just the number for unread messages on the zoom app increased. We test the other way too, his account on my mobile - same issue - So it must be a zoom setting, we compared the settings in the app, but all the same. Do you know how to fix this ? We already uninstalled the zoom app, update ios - nothing changes Thanks

So I have two accounts made for zoom. One is a school account and another is a personal account. The personal account is a new one logged in through google (the school account is also logged in through google). However, when I try to switch accounts, zoom only opens up my school account and does not give me the option to choose what account I want. I tried contacting support but the robot just says they can't find my account, even when I give the personal meeting ID and the host key. How do I fix this? I can't even get in contact with a real person through the phone.

Hi, I upgraded from the free plan to the PRO plan today. I had no audio issues on the free plan, my mike and headset are working fine. Now, on the pro plan, I can't hear anybody and nobody hears me. In the bottom left corner I get this headphone picture with the saying connect audio and then the list of phone numbers appear. I don't want that but don't know what to change to stop this. Any advice please?

I joined as part of a group and did not set up much of the account but the basics to begin. I do not know one thing about zoom but to log on and claim host a couple of times a week. This team chats who adds this? And why is there a link to my local drive on my profile? I do not need to record. Actually not allowed because of the nature of the account profile.

I followed the steps on the website and still can't turn off this function.
I followed the instructions on the web page and the page says no permission.
A few ideas for improvement ideas for Zoom Channel Chats. Would love if you could 2X / 3X someone's audio or video message - would save so much time! Also, if we were able to pause an audio message mid way, vs having to start it all over again. One more thought - if the creator/host of a channel could bookmark something for everyone (not a pinned post), that would be a great feature!

My wife has a paid account, I do not. when joining a meeting I am automatically signed in under my wifes account. Even when I am logged into my account I will still be signed in as her to any meeting I join. Help
