Zoom Crashes When I download/play videos (ZOOM Chat)

Hello, so recently I have been facing an issue where whenever a friend sends me a video on zoom, it crashes.... PLEASE HELP!

@IshaanK , you may want to check for updates on the app to see if you are running the most recent version or you can also completely delete/uninstall the app from your device and reinstall it.

Hello @IP-Man, this issue had also happened on my old laptop... I have already reinstalled the app many times..

Since initial troubleshooting proposed did not work, I would suggest that you log a problem with Zoom Support at
