I purchased zoom license for colleague. They didn't access their link and it is now expired.


How can zoom send my colleague a link to the zoom license that I paid for?  The link would have been sent to ***********   Can you resend the license link again?

As long as its been less than 30 days since the initial invite, you can resend the original invite. 

  1. Open the Zoom web portal. 
  2. Click User Management and select Users
  3. Select the Pending tab. 
  4. If the invited user is still listed there, there should be an option to resend the invite. I believe you have to click the ... button to the far-right of their details to see that option. 

If the invite is no longer listed there, you can go back the Users tab and invite them again.
