Can't make record button appear/Macbook Pro

I have a Macbook Pro and a Zoom Pro (paid) account. I can't get the Record button to appear when I host a meeting. I've logged on to the Zoom.US website and enabled the appropriate  options under Settings/Record, but when I go back to the Zoom app and run a test meeting the Record button still doesn't appear. What's going on?

Hello Gimme,

After you enabled the recording in web portal. Have you tried to sign out your zoom app and re-sign to see if the recording button is there? Hope your issue can be resolved.
