What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how to schedule a meeting for my boss where he is the host and I don't have to be on the zoom meeting.  I've upgraded my account and it's attached to my bosses account as instructed to me by the Zoom sales team but it's been a few weeks now and when I ask the Zoom representatives how to do this they only send me articles on how to schedule a meeting normally.  They've been less than helpful, ignoring follow up emails and as of this moment I've been on hold for 45 min.

So, it's pretty much that simple.  My account (supposedly) has admin capabilities attached to my bosses account however I have no idea how to schedule zoom meetings for him where he is the host, anything I try to schedule automatically puts me as the host and these are calls I don't need to or can't be on.

Thank you in advance!

Hello. I’m wondering if anyone has a solution for the issue described below.

When did it start?

Around late December.

Risk

Because events are no longer automatically added to the calendar, there is a risk of double booking or missing appointments. I’d like to find a way to resolve this.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Prepare a calendar that can be reserved via the Zoom Scheduler.
  2. Make a reservation. At this time, enter the co-participant’s email address in the “Additional attendees” field.
  3. Confirm the reservation.
  4. The additional attendee receives an email from Zoom Scheduler <***********>.
  5. Until mid-December, at this point the event would automatically appear in Google Calendar. However, starting from around late December (specifically around 12/24), it no longer gets added automatically.
    1. Note: If you click the “Join” button in the calendar embedded in the email body, the event will then be added to Google Calendar.

Google Calendar Settings:“Automatically add invitations” is set to “All invitations.”

I'm using Zoom Scheduler through Chrome on a Mac.

I am trying to set up 30-minute meetings with a 15-minute buffer at the beginning and a 15-minute buffer at the end. I am available from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
I have input this information into Zoom Scheduler, but it is showing the meeting times available as 11:30, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, and 2:30.

I was expecting the first meeting time would be listed as 11:15, since that would give me the requested 15-minute buffer between 11:00 (when I become available) and 11:15 (when the meeting would start). I was expecting the last time available would be listed as 2:15: that meeting would end at 2:45, giving me the requested 15-minute buffer before I am no longer available (at 3:00).

What am I doing wrong?

Anyone of you have found a solution?

Thanks.

Manages Schedules updating for Users

We are trying to set managed schedules for our sales teams.  We've assigned to the groups but when we make changes to the template, changes don't update.  Is there a reason for this and/or is there a way to do this within Scheduler?

I am having an issue with the scheduler, I have two seperate recurring availabilities, one is 30minute meeting slots and the other is 90, but no matter how I configure it my availability for the 90minute slots doesn't show up. It says there is no availability when there should be recurring availability on Saturday and Sundays.

I thought it might be that each schedule "Clashed" somehow but when I set a weekday evening availability that one showed up.

Am I missing something?

TYIA!

Hi,

I am trying to set up the one-to-many meeting option for people to book a 3+ person meeting into my calendar, that I host.

Perhaps my expectation/understanding is wrong, but my assumption is that this meeting option should allow someone booking a meeting to add multiple invitees' names and email addresses when booking the meeting, so that all of those people get an invite and my zoom link.

And on the options setting for questions to ask in the information booking flow, there is an 'add another attendee' button. I can also see I can select a max number of seats for the meeting (for this case I have set this to 30)

When I then put the one-to-many meeting option live and test run it, the 'add another attendee' button does not show up and so I can't see how someone booking the meeting can add multiple attendees. They would have to send me the invitees and ask me to manually add them to the invite.

Can anyone help me with how to set up group meetings using Zoom Scheduler? Thanks.
