What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. When adding the iframe code to our website (Squarespace) it appears fine on desktop but doesn't seem to be mobile-friendly. It doesn't stack like it's supposed to on mobile. So all you see as a user is monthly view calendar and when you click on a date it doesn't dropdown/pull up the times to choose from. They stay to the right - off of the mobile view and you can't scroll to the right to see them. Shouldn't the iframe option work on mobile  just like it does if you were to click the Zoom Scheduler link on mobile?

Recurring meetings - no fixed time

Hi, this post is more for curiosity. I'm wondering if I am in a tiny minority of people who have a large number of "No Fixed Time" meetings. This is because we have many clients with whom we "hop on a call" on short notice, at varying times. This use case seems to be a real second-class citizen, in that,

a. You can't create such meetings from the desktop app

b. The whole page is wasted space for me - see screenshot. I have to scroll down, click the tiny "Recurring meetings" link, and then scroll down through my many meetings to find one (alpha-sorted of that list was restored in - thanks!). Most of the screen is used with the beach umbrella and "no meetings scheduled, enjoy your day". (I don't have any meetings SCHEDULED, but unfortunately in my situation, that isn't automatically a beach day... sigh.)

If this is indeed a low priority use case, that's fine, but I have one small suggestion: at the top of this page can there be a simple one-line quick search box? That way I can quickly "zoom in" (ha) on my desired meeting. I believe that feature would equally benefit those have *scheduled* recurring meetings. Thanks!

Set Meeting time for 15 minutes after the hour

How do I set the meeting time for 15 minutes after the hour? eg.  08:15am

Meeting scheduler steps state you can do this, but the meeting time converts back to the whole or half hour after I hit enter.

Thank you

I have not found a way to enable recurring meetings in the Zoom Marketplace API I created for the Wordpress plugin. They are referred to in one of the settings so it appears it should be available. I turned on all calendar options on the scope.

I see a lot of previous topics on this type of issue and the fact that the no end date feature might be removed from all of Zoom.

The work around would appear to create multiple entries and then start rolling their dates once the event has passed in time.

This behaviour first appeared in the last couple of days. I have many recurring meetings each week but their times vary. I regularly update the meeting schedule in advance with the new times. Now I cannot do this. When opening the schedule for a meeting, the time is set on the present minute. If I change the time to the correct time in the future, the saved meeting reverts to the present time. Sending the meeting to the recipient, the calendar link is also set to the present time, which is chaotic for my (and their) diary schedule. I have tried on two devices (iPhone and iPad) with the same issue. My partner’s iPhone can still schedule appointments normally, with the scheduler correctly recording the future appointment.

I’ve tried rebooting the phone, checked my timezone, deleted and reinstalled the app… as the problem occurs on both my iPhone and iPad it seems to be an account issue? Any advice gratefully appreciated!

How do a group of executives in an organisation use 4 accounts for scheduling

We schedule zoom meetings for trainings and webinars and interactions. We have 4 accounts and about 12 persons authorised to schedule. We are looking at scheduler to help as to which slot and which account is available

Hi there, can someone help me with Zoom invites?

I used to be able to put in the meeting details, my guests' emails would be stored and come up automatically. Then I used to be able to press 'save' and I would be taken to my google calendar where the meeting would be automatically added. I would then be prompted to 'send' the invitation to my guest. All done in a minute.

Now, I can only put in the details of the meeting. No emails are stored, so I have to look them up. There is no 'add to calendar' link: it just says 'calendar' but not 'add to calendar'. I click 'save' and it simply saves the details I recorded and does not take me to the calendar. I then have to go to the Zoom meeting and copy the details. Then I go into my mail inbox, compose a new email to my guest and paste the details of the meeting.

I have tried everything suggested online, but nothing works. Any idea as to how I can return to the first process.

Many thanks

I just found out that "No Fixed Time" recurring meetings are being discontinued.  This feature is essential to my business.  I know of many health professionals that use this feature as well.  We will all have to find a new platform other than zoom if this is discontinued.  Does anyone know of a timeline when this will be discontinued?
