Scheduling for my employer through Google calendar

I schedule meetings on my employer's Google Calendar. Whenever I try to schedule a Zoom call, showing him as the host, he cannot join unless I start the meeting.  How on earth can I fix this so that I can schedule without having to open the meeting myself??

Hey @KKjack – I would recommend adding yourself in the "Schedule Privilege" setting of your employer's Zoom profile. Here's how.
