Double zoom links when booking for someone else

Hi! Having a hard time finding any solutions/threads on this topic:

 

When our intake worker goes to book a zoom meeting for one of the lawyers and a client, the zoom link comes up totally fine with no issues. However, when she goes in to change the settings (i.e. waiting room and video on), she ends up getting two zoom links added to the email. Checking the zoom meeting list on the zoom app, it appears that two meetings end up getting booked for the same event. 

 

My question is: Do these links both lead into the same meeting? For now we've been removing the one that doesn't have the same code of the manual meeting ID. Is there a way to remedy this?
