Black screen and sound doesn't work
In every other app there is video and audio. But when I try to uze ZOOM, there is only black screen and sound doesn't work. I tried everything. If you know what to do, help me please.

Our instructors want to use their personal accounts and meetings they schedule with their personal accounts in classrooms with Zoom Rooms. What is the best way to do this? The instructors already have meetings scheduled and students invited to class lectures with their personal accounts but now only Zoom Rooms can access the speakers, cameras, and microphones in the classrooms.

I have followed all the steps from zoom and closed caption never comes on in any meeting. How is this resolved? Should this be one of the easiest things to enable in 2023???
I am setting up zoom workspaces for my organization. I have no idea what I'm doing or how to do it but I managed to set it up and I've added only one user. When the user opens the workspace reservation app, the desks are all greyed out and unavailable. How do I make them available? Or is there training material for this system?

I am trying to set up our zoom room controllers to use ASAM. In testing before I deploy this to all our controllers, when an iPad loses connection it goes to a help screen and has a place to exit ASAM by putting in my zoom rooms password. That's all well and good, but when I enter my password it just says it is unable to to exit ASAM and to check if my iPad is using guided access or an MDM. We use an MDM, but the MDM isn't locking the app. The only thing locking the app is toggling ASAM in the zoom rooms admin. If I have to toggle it off there, why have the exit ASAM button at all? the ASAM article only has this: If you experience network issues, the Zoom Rooms app allows you to leave ASAM (protected by passwords) to fix the network issues. So no help basically, other than to confirm that my password should let me exit ASAM without turning it off for the whole room. I have confirmed that my password works when changing settings in the app, as well as confirming that a wrong password gives a 'wrong password' error as opposed to the message about 'unable to exit ASAM'. Device is a 1st generation iPad pro using 16.3.1 Controller Version is 5.14.0 (1371) Zoom Rooms Version is 5.12.7 (2172) Any help would be greatly appreciated.Troubleshooting

I am trying to add a cohost to a series of recurring meetings as I may not able available to host for all of them. I have tried to follow the instructions on the web with no success - can you help?.

We have around 30 Zoom Rooms that when in a meeting all popup the Zoom taskbar at the bottom of the screen. Is there a way to shut this off? We have touch panels for the controls and none of our displays are touch enabled.
Hi All Please can someone advise me on how to set up two rooms. Room 1 : There will be a group of people having a group discussion on a topic. In Room 2 will be the client watching the discussion in Room 1. In addition, they may want to send me questions to ask the group. How do I do this? Thank you

We have a Zoom Room system with the Logitech Zoom Room base kit. We often have the problem that a MacBook does not give any output to the screen(s). I've heard that this is due to the HDCP encryption that some MacBooks send with their HDMI signal, in order to prevent copying of the output (?). Does anyone know a way to remove that encryption, or some other workaround? I would be happy to read your suggestions. Thanks in advance!
