Since the Zoom Rooms 5.13.6 update, I cannot change my Zoom Rooms background. I change it as I always have (as in this article: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/204674889-Customizing-your-Zoom-Rooms-background) but it stopped working as soon as I was forced to update to 5.13.6. I have restarted the computer displaying Zoom Rooms, logged out and back in, exited and reopened, however nothing is working. Any help is appreciated. It looks like this may be a bug with the update.

Hello there, I am facing an issue with Zoom not working on my Amazon Echo Show 8. After logging in, it does not allow me to join meetings and suggests upgrading the rooms. Currently, the Zoom version on my Echo is 5.12, while the latest available version (at the time of writing) is 5.15. I attempted to follow the instructions from support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/204675449-Upgrading-or-downgrading-Zoom-Rooms#h_1751c48a-644e-4a60-b96a-31ec77c616e6, but unfortunately, the app on the Echo did not upgrade, and a popup message saying "No device(s) upgrade available." appeared. Is there any workaround for this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi Zoom Friends! Context:
We have a few hundred Zoom Rooms that my team monitors for issues and that we act quickly to repair if they are hardware or network related. When a Zoom Room has an Issue, it triggers an Alert which my team receives via a Slack integration. We currently export a report of all Zoom Alerts to an outside data warehouse to do additional analysis on our system.
Problem/Questions:
We see a higher number of Alerts in our exported report than we do in our Zoom Dashboards across the same time period and room selection.

Hi, I use Zoom for the practice of telehealth, and have purchased the HIPPA compliant package. I heard on a new report that Zoom is going to have access to private meetings for research purposes. Is it true that Zoom is going to have access to telehealth sessions with clients?

When we start our Zoom Rooms app on a Mac mini connected to a large-format (maybe 90-inch) Samsung display, we notice that the MacOS dock gets much larger just before the Room Name, Sharing Key and time appear on the screen. We think the Mac screen resolution is being downscaled, which results in lower-resolution profile pictures and less-than-1080 HD (we have that option on our account) resolution on our meetings and shared screens. Has anyone been able to force Zoom Rooms to keep the native high-resolutions that we seen when we are looking at the Mac desktop on the same screen? Any ideas please?

Any chance ZoomRooms will support AMD CPUs? While ZoomRooms does run on AMD, I noticed some features were missing on AMD, namely camera controls and auto-framing options.
Hi everyone I integrate Crestron Flex systems with Zoom Rooms on a daily basis. The image file which Crestron provides to install Zoom Rooms on the Flex system is 32-bit. According to Zoom Device Management, updates to 64-bit will soon no longer be supported. I have provided an image as an attachment to clarify the issue. Does anyone have any information regarding this? Is Zoom indeed going to stop support for updates to the 64-bit version of Zoom Rooms? When will this support stop? Is there anything we can do to update the version without Crestron having to provide an image file with 64-bit Zoom Rooms version (this can be done but is not an optimal solution as we have many customers with a lot of Flex systems running 32-bit Zoom Rooms version. We will then have to re-image a ton of systems.). Any help is greatly appreciated. Best regards Simen Dumont
