Zoom Room (scheduling only) offline.....but the Room Device is not?
Hi Weve been delving into a range of rooms that are appearing as 'Offline'. These are mainly Scheduling Only rooms so 1 device. The Room itself shows as offline but if we move to the device tab it shows the device as online...its accessible remotely and working fine....Theres nothing under the room properties that appear incorrect but the room remains offline...any ideas why ?
