Remove Zoom Rooms licenses
I cannot remove my Zoom Rooms licenses. Please help with the step by step on how to do it.

I cannot remove my Zoom Rooms licenses. Please help with the step by step on how to do it.
I try to setup our first Zoom Room Digital Signage Screen Created a ZOOM Room in the Zoom Web Portal for Digital Signage only. Connect a PC to the TV, downloaded the Zoom app, signed in and installed the ZOOM ROOM controller app. Then click on "Control nearby room". Entered the Register Key. Click connect. The register key failed every time I tried. I followed this setup: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4418659899021-Using-the-Zoom-Rooms-Controller-app Do I missed something? Do I have to go another route? All the Youtube videos I found only talk about the setup of an Digital Signage Room in the Zoom Web Portal.

We have dozens of Crestron TSW-1060s that operate as Zoom Room controllers for us, but as of this morning are unable to launch zoom. We receive the message, "Application could not be installed. Please ensure there is an internet connection." There is definitely an internet connection so there is some issue with these specific models and connecting to Zoom. Anyone know how to resolve?

I previously had the ability to turn the waiting room on or off in a meeting, now, it is no longer there. That seems like a basic security feature that should be available. Did Zoom remove that for basic account customers?
Kind of lame....
Occasionally the time displayed on the TV from the Zoom Room computer is 1 minute behind the iPad controller in the room. Once the meeting is started it is in sync, and when the meeting is ended, the iPad's time changes and the Zoom Room's time remains the same for another minute. When the following meeting is started, the time stays the same. This doesn't affect functionality but does cause some meetings to go over by 1 minute because the time viewed on the zoom room is a minute behind. The computer's time appears to be correct, it's just the time displayed in the Zoom Room that is off. Any help or hints?

Hello All, We are a medical practice using Zoom for telehealth appointments. Zoom is not reassigning the host to another person. The clinician then cannot move on to the next Zoom meeting without ending the current meeting. How to fix this? Thanks.

We have a Samsung tablet running the Zoom Room controller and are able to invite the Room to the meeting. If the Zoom Room is in attendance of the meeting via the app, it appears the Room is not able to "share screen". i.e. its own items from the tablet storage. Is it possible to to have the Zoom Room controller tablet attend the meeting via the installed browser? Why do I ask? We have a day long event with presenters running a relay through the physical meeting room. We have a cumulative presentation which would allow the speakers to simply walk in begin, speak, exit. (Goal is to eliminate connection time, oh wait what slide are we on, disconnection/connection time.) What I see in my mind: What am I missing? Is the room tablet attending the meeting able to share screen of contents housed on the tablet?

I'm facing an app hanging issue after any third-party call from my Zoom room. Like I have access to call teams from my Zoom room but after the teams call disconnects the device is going to hang. without restart the zoom room app not working. Please guide me on how we can resolve the issue.

Hi I am unable to join a Zoom Room w/ Neat Bar Pro + Neat Pad. Controller is on 5.11.1 (1394) and Neat Bar is on 5.11.0 (1553). Keep getting prompt about unable to join because some devices need to be upgraded. Both devices are fully updated. Can someone help?

We have a Zoom Room running on a Crestron flex, with a Crestron controller and room scheduler attached to the Zoom Room. We have noticed that the time displayed on the scheduling display is off by a few hours, but the time shown within the Zoom Room is correct. I did not see anywhere to update the time on the scheduler's config. Has anyone else ran into this same issue? Thank you!
