This post, and the title, is a repeat of a post from 2018. 

 

I use Windows and have the latest Zoom desktop client. I have a customized background which works fine. Approximately a year ago, I added two images as backgrounds with no problem--which I can easily confirm because I can and do use those background images.

 

However, I cannot now ADD any new background images. When I click the little "plus" button to add an image, nothing happens. I've tried using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and they all behave the same. 

 

In summary: I can delete background images, and I can change background images, but I cannot add background images. 

 

Any help/comments/suggestions would be most appreciated.

Hello, How would you compare SIP Devices Joining Zoom Meeting (Using CRC) vs Native Zoom Rooms Experience?

What none limitations are there for devices going through CRC?
What are the key features/Capabilities we would be missing either pre-meeting, in-meeting, or after meeting with SIP CRC devices vs if we moved to Native Zoom rooms?

Digital Signage content default duration.

Hello, 5 seconds is not long enough for us.  Is there a way to (Globally) modify the default duration?

 

On another note, I wanted to apply the Digital signage to a "Device Group" as we have signage all over campus,  Since I was unable to do so, I created a Digital signage "Building" and applied the playlist to that instead.  Feels a little backwards, but it works.

I have a ZOOM ROOM question. I purchased a Polycom X70 and build-in a ZOOM Room. I have purchased a ZOOM ROOM license (US$499) and activated in Polycom X70 and I also configured a Calendar Integration service to our Exchange Server 2016. When I started a schedule meeting with other participants, the meeting show the meeting max time is 40 mintues. Do anyone know what's wrong?

Disable waiting room after meeting starts?

I used to be able to disable the waiting room after the start of a meeting, but that option is greyed out for me now. I've read through posts and instructions, but it just keeps sending me back to either enabling or disabling in settings before meetings start.

Ideally, I let the first person in, and then disable the waiting room so others just pop in as they arrive. Can't figure out what's changed to stop that from being an option.

I'd appreciate any advice.

I am having issues where my Digital Signage won't display on the TV.

  • The Zoom Room is set to Digital Signage Only
  • Digital Signage is currently enabled with the regular content uploaded
  • The TV is currently on the correct input/output

 

This was working previously, and now it's showing a screensaver of San Franscisco bridge instead. It shows the Banner like normal and as needed, but it doesn't show any of my digital signage. I don't see any offline or error codes, and nothing out of the ordinary. I deleted and re-uploaded the content library, but it still is not displaying.

Hi, we have a Zoom Room with two DTEN monitors.   We are moving to a new office space and are leaving behind the DTENs. 

 

What is the process I follow to make sure we are completely logged off and out of the Zoom Room so someone else cannot use it with our credentials and so they can use it with their own license if they so desire.

I'm new to this so I appreciate any help you can give.  We're running a Rally, Roommate, Tap config and we really want to go take advantage of the options that come with an updated App, like verson 5.13.  I'm having a problem with the following error when I mouse over the Upgrade App icon:

"This device cannot be upgraded because:
App upgrade is not currently supported"

Here are the specs:

Logitech Roommate 1.7.433
Computer 5.11.3
Controller 5.11.3
