Has anyone seen an issue where a brand-new Zoom Rooms system will not properly feed video to connected displays? Zoom Rooms is running on a preconfiged Lenovo PC and has two 85 in displays attached. When logging into the ZoomRoomsAdmin account the displays work as expected. When logging into the ZoomRooms account and having Zoom Rooms app run the 85 in displays sometimes show the Zoom app screen but it freezes and will not display any system changes. The clock at the top of the screen does not advance and no meeting or content video is displayed. Occasionally the displays will freeze showing a blue background with the word Connecting.

This is weirdly only affecting some of our Zoom Rooms, not all. I try to launch the controller of a room from the admin portal, but get hit with the attached "Cannot connect to Zoom Rooms" screen. Any ideas on why this may be the case?
Hi Team
Can the default interval of 30 minutes for Zoom proactive Alerts can be further reduced to let's say 5 minutes ?

Hello,
How can I add my external clients Zoom Rooms to my Contacts, so I can more easily give them access to meetings I start in my Zoom Room?
Thanks.

Dear Team,
We purchased the ZOOM ROOM licenses long back in my account and still my account is showing basic.
Having issues with Zoom Rooms on a newly installed Dell Optiplex. We never reach the main screen, when the application starts we get a blue screen that says "Connecting" and has a spinner to show that it is loading. This spinner freezes shortly after it starts and we are stuck on the "Connecting" screen. We have left this for over 24 hours to see if it's a slow connection issue, but it stays on this. The only thing we can do is CTRL+ALT+DEL to exit out, as any buttons on the screen do not work. We have tried reinstalling (both 64 ad 32 bit versions), changing the DNS on the machine, flushing the dns on the screen, removing all USB devices from the machine, tried over different internet connections but all have the same issue. Attempted to downgrade as well, however the downgrade process doesn't seem to work. Noticed a few posts on here having similar issues, so don't think it's an issue with our setup, but at the same time I can't see any issues on the Zoom status page. Anyone have an idea for fixes?

I'm looking for how folks have tackled what can't be a unique solution. I have a client in a shared office. They have a single conference room with zoom room set up. Anyone have suggestions for two or three companies sharing a zoom room and seeing a single calendar? 3rd party or native solutions ok, just need to solve this. Thank you! Jim

As I am updating hardware across our Zoom rooms, i am noticing its hit or miss with Crestron devices connecting to ZDM. I can have a site where 8 out of 10 connect, with the remaining 2 not connecting. This after updating firmware and rebooting. I just finished a site with 26 schedulers and non will connect. And the site has a controller that previously connected to ZDM. Crestron really did not have an answer for me.

I am experiencing an issue with the Zoom Room Controller application on my Logitech Tap IP device. The icons for Microsoft Teams Join and Google Meet Join are not appearing on the controller interface. The only icon that is currently visible is for Webex. I have already enabled the necessary configurations in both the account settings and room settings to support interoperability for Zoom Rooms, as per the guidelines provided. Despite this, the issue persists. Zoom room version : 5.16.5 Could you please assist me in resolving this problem? I look forward to your prompt response.
