Ok, We are currently runnning Cisco SX80's and Room Kits on our campus. There is a "Help Button" setup on the touch panel that fires a Macro, the Macro sends an Xapi.command to Slack as a "postMessage" in a specific Slack channel. It alerts the classroom facilitators that help is needed in the room. This Macro is written in Java.  I know that the Zoom Room uses JSON as its Room Control language and I would have to rewrite the Java code to JSON.  I'm not a Programmer or Coder. My question is; Is there a way, or would it even be possible to setup a button press under the "Room Controls"  that would automatically send the same type of alert directly to Slack, or would I need to use some sort of middleman or automation to trigger that? I figure if it can send out IP commands to turn TVs and Projectors on and off, that it could handle this. Any help or ideas are appreciated. Trying to figure this out before I have to come up with some alternate solution   

Hello All. Has anyone successfully configured the Zoom Room phone integration, which can be used to join your zoom room with an on premise PBX for phone service, to Webex Calling (or any other cloud based phone service)? If so, I could use some help understanding how you configured the settings. 

I've setup a Zoom Room and followed the tutorials on how to integrate a Google Calendar into it, however I'm hit a couple of issues.

1. The way the tutorials show how to book a meeting using the calendar doesn't work for me. The tutorial shows a Rooms tab, I don't see this. I also don't see the "Make it a zoom meeting" button either. Are browser plugins needed? If so which? 

I've figured a work around, which is to invite the room itself in as a Guest. But am just wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

2. When I add an appointment times are always wrong, they appear to always be 5 hours ahead. I've checked the timezones on the calendar, zoom, the ipad controller, the pcs. All are correct, so not to sure what could be causing this issue.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a 55sqm conference room, more or less 10m long by 5m wide. We seat 30-40 people in the room. I have a main table with 3-4 speakers at the end of the room (with screen and speakers to the side) and the rest of attenddees seated in the room, oposite the main table (scholroom layout on same level). 

I have audio issues and would like recommendations for the microphone system we can use to improve the quality of our meetings.

Hello! I have a problem with the audio connection during the conference, for some reason the sound is lost during the screen demonstration in the browser, I can't hear the interlocutor and I can't hear myself. Please, how can I fix it? I have 2 GB of RAM on a 64-bit processor, maybe because of this. I need to optimize the sound during screen sharing.
