We are testing Direct guest Join with our Zoom Rooms. 

We are running into alot of issues when joining MS Teams meetings. Audio works fine but video is very choppy and freezes - External guest cannot see the conference room.  we tried firewall rules but still no luck

we are using X series and G7500's 

Anyone using Direct Guest Join successfully? what are the secrets to getting this to work ?

I have a new Yealink CP965 that is connected to a Yealink UVC50 camera using Zoom Rooms and this is a controller. 

We have the camera mounted upside down due to the physical layout (not my decision). The old phone they had was able to flip the camera but I cannot find any method on this model. There is a mirror function but that is left to right. Any help is appreciated.

We have a pilot room with everything new. Computer is running W11 and everything is up to date. Power settings are maxed out. Zoom Room app crashes every night around midnight. Any ideas what could be causing this? 

Once we reboot everything starts up just fine.

I just got a question. Usually when you set up a meeting or event from zoom conference room. you will see it posted on the TV and on the ipad, but it only shows 1 day. I wonder if there is away we can change the setting and it will show the whole month.

We have set up the Zoom Rooms with 3 displays. (1) 98" TV, (2) 75" touch display and (3) 10" touch display for the controller. When a user starts content sharing, it will show on the 75" touch display. 98" TV keep showing the gallery view.

But we would like to make the 98" TV default for showing the content share. 75" touch display shows the gallery view but able to switch by the controller option "View". Is it possible?

Hi, I am looking to understand how Zoom Room on Poly Android devices can control the room display without a network connection to the display.  I think there should be a "sleep" mode.  It appears it is now called "idle time out".  What time interval settings are available?  What is present on the display HDMI output during idle.  I have looked through the Poly admin guide for this and the information is sparse and it does not address Zoom mode specifically vs another mode like Teams.  In my experience display control is a function of the partner mode not Poly, like when Zoom took away CEC control 😑.

I have read through the article below but again, the specifics are missing and it is not clear what is happening on the HDMI output and the article does not speak to whether these options are available on windows vs android.

I think this is more of a feature request than anything but is there a way to create a SIP/H.323 Favorite in "Contacts" and have it automatically display the keypad for touch tones once it connects?

We've currently created one for our Poly Zoom Rooms to dial an external SIP URI.  This connects fine. However given that we are now in an IVR and need to enter an ID it's not immediately apparent how to do that..  You have to tap Participants>Tap the SIP participant>then "Show Keypad". 

This seems overly complicated given that, when you dial the same SIP URI manually from "New Meeting>Call SIP/H.323", you are immediately presented with a "Keypad" button.

Our Poly X50 is running 4.1.2-388101 and the Zoom app 5.17.5 on both the TC8 and X50/30.  Any help is appreciated.

Zoom schedulers do not show upcoming meetings until after 10 minutes +. The delay is affecting productivity and raising concerns. We use Google Calendar.
