Anyone have experience with the AVer Media BU113? It is on the Zoom Room list of capture devices. We put the ZoomRoom firmware on the card and we can see the shared screens but we have not audio playing into the ZoomRoom share from the USB. We are testing on a HP Mini PC running Zoom Room. On a Windows laptop, it seems to show up as a microphone so the hdmi audio is not playing into the room. When we run Aver RECentral capture software on a windows laptop, the audio works with the streaming laptop screen.

Hello! I kept getting Error Code 1132 when I tried signing in on my iPhone. Even when I tried using a different email to sign in or uninstalling then reinstalling the app, it kept encountering the same error. I already sent an appeal to Zoom Trust & Safety as well. How long will it take to be resolved? Thank you very much!

Hi. I am developing a web page specifically to display as digital signage in a Zoom Room. My end goal is to find a code snippet that I can add to the webpage to disable the X&Y scroll bars withe page is wider or taller than the display.
I am not sure what type of browser (ie. Chromium) your using to embed a web page in the digital signage feature.

I am setting up a virtual receptionist station; four users are assigned to receive the call. It always goes to the user whose last name starts with B, and if they decline it, the call ends. Is there a timeout period on when it would go on to the next person? If the first person declines it, why doesn't it move on to the following user? I would like to avoid having an individual button for each person.

I can login with my account on Mac and on the web. But on iPhone app it does not work. I get error code 1132 with the same account I'm able to login elsewhere. Even signing up with a new email account ends up by failing with the same error code. I tried deleting the app, making sure it's the last version, reseting network settings, rebooting iPhone , disabling limit ip tracking , using a vpn and nothing works with any account on my iPhone. and can't get any feedback from support..
