Hello, we're having a very frustrating issue with our Zoom Rooms. We have Logitech Tap VU0053's, mini PC's and either Logitech MeetUps or Logitech Rally's (MeetUp seems the worst affected) cameras. Every time a Zoom call starts, it can take up to 30 seconds for the Zoom Room (Logitech) camera to appear. You'll hear the audio, and once connected there's no delay. We've tried moving and changing practically every variable without success. I can't think what else it can be. The only things I can think of are: A couple of the Logitech Tap's have issues A couple of the Logitech camera's have issues There's some bizarre inconsistent network issue Please help us out, it's been driving a team of 4 crazy for a week! Has anyone seen something similar? Thanks

I have a user with three cameras in a boardroom in Multi-Camera mode. Two shoot either side of the table, the third is a speaker tracker set to be the primary camera. They want to change the layout so the far end sees left, center, right rather than center (primary) left right. Any ideas on how to set this as a default layout?

Hi, We have a problem with ours HDX7000 polycom system and polycom X30 in "polycom mode" using zoom H.323 slot (I have licencing). After a call, the call ended after 29 minutes and 58 seconds (0900003d/ZoomRC/5.9.8295). Every try is ending with the same behaviour even if i have enough h.323 slot on my account Any Idea ?

Howdy - we just got some Neat Bar devices to use as Zoom Rooms and they're behaving a bit odd. Neat thinks this is an issue either on the zoom end or with account setup. Here's the order of operations: To be clear, it doesn't ask for the sharing key - it wants the meeting passcode. In theory since our users are all logged into our Zoom domain, it shouldn't prompt for anything - sharing should "just work". That's how it's always worked for us in the past with Zoom rooms. Anyone seen this before? Ideas about what might be causing that?

Why can't participants actively obtain moderator rights for zoom Rooms initiated meetings?
I'm trying to stream a call to a large audience and want to minimize distractions. I know I can disable everyone's videos, but is there a way to disable the participant video tiles that display in the gallery?
Hey, I'm a technician at South Central College. We've been implementing zoom rooms in our classrooms and a couple of meeting rooms. We've been using the Elo 10" touchscreens for the classrooms, and everything has worked great. The only issue we have is whenever you try to join a zoom meeting using the Elo touch screen zoom room controller, it lets you type in the Meeting ID, but if there's a passcode, it doesn't pull up a keyboard/ keypad to type in the passcode. Wondering if the zoom community have any thoughts or input on that.

I'm planning to integrate USB headset with Zoom call control. Does Zoom use USB HID to handle call control (accept call, end call, mute/unmute)?
If not, how can new USB headset handle call control with button?
