I am working for a company and we are trying to have our zoom kiosk call all of the receptionists, but it only picks one to call instead. Is there anyway to fix this issue?
I meet the specs but still can upload a MP4 video background....I have a Ideapad 3 i3 2 cores zoom version 5.10.1 (4420)
Any EASY way to rename a zoom room attached to O365 calendar. Yes I know I can Rename the Display Name, however, can i also just easily rename the resource email? or if i do that will i need to go through the process of grasnting permissions, etc in Powershell. This room is booked solid and i really dont want to create a new room and redo all the reservations

Is it at all possible to generate the NDI output names from a "Zoom Room name" instead of using the logged in user name? It would allow for NDI connections to pick up the correct outputs on the receiving end regardless of which user is logged in, and generally make the feature a lot easier to use when dealing with multiple rooms and NDI receivers.

Good afternoon. To clarify, I got today 2 different Issues that may be connected, for the first, i cannot change the settings to use more screens in my zoom room, I'm using a Neat bar pro that has connected 2 displays, but only one work, last week both were working nicely. Other issue is the security code to exit the app, for my room with a windows pc, couldn't use the code to exit, so i went to the settings, and tried to deactivate the code request when exit, but changes never saved, so when i returned to see, is like i never did the changes, no matter how many times tried, similar to the display options when i put 2 displays, and return to 1 like never saving changes. Does anyone else having issues like this?

Where can I find instructions on setting up recurring meetings in Zoom Rooms? I can set up Personal meetings on the web portal, but I do not see an option to select the Zoom Room. I believe we can do this through our connected Outlook calendar, but I'm assuming it can be accomplished on the web portal where I can also customize meeting options and settings. Appreciate the help!

Hi there, We have a few Windows Zoom rooms. The default volume level of these units seems to be 100%. If I lower the volume in a call and hang up, the unit will start the next call with volume at 100%. I didn't find any place in the portal to change this. I tried changing the volume level in Windows but it still went back to 100%. Any ideas for how to change the default? Thank you.

On the Zoom Rooms computer - have audio coming for my own mic via 3.5mm input. On the controller, have the Audio input set to External mic. I pin a remote guest to an NDI output in the controller. On the receiving end of the NDI feed not only do I get the audio of the remote guest, but I also get the audio from my own mic. It should only have the audio of the remote guest in the feed. For testing, on the controller, I changed the audio input for Zoom from External Mic to NDI, which is an audio feed I am sending to that computer from another source which outputs NDI audio. This input feed works properly and does not get mixed in with the guest's NDI output audio. Hopefully someone will have a fix for this, or the devs will see this post and correct it. Thanks.

As a Co-Host, in support of groups of 20-30 participants, I find it challenging to view and manage several panels at once. I'm using a 24" iMac and trying to see it all - (e.g. Participants Panel; Chat Panel; Breakout Room Panel, etc.). Any Tips?
