Hi, I hope some can help me.

 

I am trying to sign in to zoom room controller that I installed on to the CP965 using a configuration file found here: https://zoom.us/client/latest/zrc.apk

 

When I run the app it take me to a sign in screen with options to sign in using, email, SSO, google or facebook. However I am told by our admins that I need to sign in using an activation code which they have given me. The activation code has worked on the Zoom Rooms app installed on windows micro desktop and is shows me the the room the activation code refers to. But I just can find how I use the activation code through the ZRC app on the CP965.

 

I have already update the firmware with the certified custom firmware found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360001299063-Zoom-Phone-Certified-Hardware#h_746bf277-ad09-4ebc-88f5-b1f76b859b9a

 

Some of the support articles I found on Zoom support also suggest that you can sign in using an activation code but again I cant fine this option. 

 

What am i doing wrong?

For two days now (since ZOOM site crashed for almost an hour 11/20/24) audio isn't working. Everything is connected the same as prior to the issue and all updates have been done. Both participants have restarted their computers and assure that audio is not muted on either end. On my end, I can see and hear the participant but they cannot hear me. I've tried to connect the audio via ZOOM and that doesn't work either. It won't connect. We've resorted to calling the participant's phone and using their audio but ZOOM on a computer for visual due to needing the larger screen for presentations. Does anyone have a fix for this or know what we might still be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

we have Zoom Rooms applicaiton running on the Poly TC10 linked with G7500 codec. 

 

and we are trying to get the Mic mute feedback from the Zoom Room with API control from Extron Controller driver . But  in the trace window we can see that Connect failed ,.  

 

i mean Extron controller is not connecting to Zoom Room via API .  

can you help us to solve the issue and let  us know if Zoom room native GUI and API control is possible simultaneously.

Hi Team,

We are looking to use Wired/Wireless Screen sharing feature for our Kiosk however this feature is not available for Kiosk Zoom Rooms.

Main purpose of this is for our Kiosk which we are using for IT helpdesk support.
Since there is limitation of wired/wireless screen sharing it makes it difficult for support agent to assist end users.
It would be helpful forZoom room kiosks have this feature since this is already available on zoom rooms.

We have a zoom room with an ipad controller. If I want my team to join in I have to add them. Can I rather create a recurring meeting and everyone can join automatically? Will that not be better?

Setup a Zoom room with rally plus system and tap for my employer for our meetings. Signed into tap with admin info. We don’t know how to schedule meeting for the tap. Tried google calendar but does not give me option to select room. Should I setup tap with another user? Is there setting I need to change? Can everyone in company schedule a meeting in that room? I am a paid user for zoom and I cannot find record button on android phone and Macbook. 

 

If I use other's account, I can see the record button. Anybody know what happened to my account?

Just recently purchased a new Zoom Rooms setup (Yealink A10 with CTP18 controller) but after pairing them and upgrading firmware on both, I went to sign into Zoom but before I can put in my activation code to assign a license, it's given the error of 'You need to upgrade Zoom Rooms system to use Zoom service.' However, it doesn't give me the ability to do so anywhere in the zoom settings screen and therefore is unusable at the moment. Because it's not assigned to our Zoom account yet, I can't do it remotely either.

 

Firmware for both is on the latest versions. Zoom version is showing as 5.15.1.

Transient Connection Error on NEC Displays in Room Controls

has anyone else seen this?
In two different zoom rooms with NEC displays, the displays have started failing to turn on and off for meetings. When I go into manual Room Controls at the iPad or virtually in a browser, it looks like this:

If I click on Retry, the devices all work fine for a minute, and I can turn the displays on and off. Within a few minutes, the connection errors return. Retry always fixes the problem for a few minutes. The NEC projectors are not affected.
In both rooms, the displays, projector, and Zoom PC are on their own dedicated room AV switch. No display firmware has been changed. This room has been working well for 3 years, and the room profile has been unchanged for almost two years.
I've opened a ticket, but as usual, it's hard to get past the "have you tried power cycling" stage.
