Getting kicked out of breakout rooms

Lately whenever I've been assigned to a breakout after about 10 minutes I get kicked off of Zoom entirely. I have upgraded to the most recent version. I don't know what else to do.

Does it only happen when content is being shared or even if just someone is speaking without video/content?
