How many outgoing calls can a single zoom phone number make at once? For example, if we had a single zoom phone number, could multiple people use that number via different desktops, etc at once to dial out to different phone numbers? Is there a limit to how many outgoing calls can go out at once?

Multiple people within my team have expressed that they have received calls through Zoom even though they have deliberately marked themselves as 'away'. How do we resolve this?

Our calls are coming as "Wireless Caller" and no number. Is there a change that we need to make?

I added the phone plan to my existing account, but have not recieved anything further? How lond does it take for zoom to get it together once you have paid?
I have tried everything to upload a .csv file to my personal contacts and I am unable to . Being told to check file and upload again. I used the sample download file provided by zoom. Can someone help me, please?
I bought a number on Zoom and redirected the number to go straight to my main phone. But can I have it where people calling the new number receives a different voicemail than if they called my main phone directly?
A couple of us in our company are having a problem with zoom phone. Others are not having this issue although it appears ours are configured the same way and are in the same position so they use the system the same way.. When I click the phone number listed in salesforce and zoom phone dials, Zoom forces SalesForce to do a search and takes me from the account or opportunity screen to the Contact screen. Sometimes it can go through several screens to get there and if there is no contact with that number it just kind of leaves me off in a screen showing a list of possibilities. This is a problem because I usually need to be in the opp screen and it can take some time for all the screen switching to occur and then more time to get back to the proper screen. Any help is appreciated. I am using a Macintoshbook Air and software and OS are always up to date. This has been a problem from the moment we switched to zoom phone. Our company is a mix between Apple and PC laptops.

iOS 17.5.1, iPhone 13, Zoom version 6.1.1. Zoom spontaneously called a person (in the recently called list) several times. Has anyone else experienced this?
