When a voicemail is deleted in an email client (outlook for example) voicemail is deleted in Zoom. Other phone systems are able to do this I was very surprised to see Zoom is not able to do this.  This is a inconvenience to all users as they need to mange each voicemail twice in two separate applications (The email client and Zoom client).

Hello, 

 

I'm having a problem with screen sharing for a while. I have Samsung galaxy s9 ultra tablet and I already installed Zoom. When I want to sign in with my university account, zoom opens it only in web site. The application won't open no matter how much I wait or press the launch meeting button. At last I have to press join from your browser option and when I do so, there is no share screen option in the bottom. 

 

I already checked my in meeting settings and share screen is available and I tried Uninstalling the app and clearing the cache options a few times. I also tried singing out from my account completely and singing in from the beginning... Nothing worked. I have a Samsung phone and when I try to do the same with my phone, there is no problem. I can't understand what is wrong with the Tablet. In addition, zoom works correctly when I reset to factory the Tablet only once after first installation. After that I encounter the same problem.

 

Can anyone help me with this issue? I need to use my tablet in the meetings and it's really causing me a lot of problems.

Sync Contacts between Zoom Mobile Phone App and Zoom Desktop.

Minimize Zoom Assistant While on a Call

Wondering if there is a way to minimize the Zoom Assistant while you are on a call.  We have it docked so that it collapses when off a call, but would like an option to get it out of the way while on a call too.

Polycom Transfer to Voicemail

With our old phone carrier (ENA), the secretaries in our school buildings could transfer a call directly to a teacher's voicemail. That option no longer appears for them with Zoom. Is there something on our end we need to do in order for that to work... Show more

With our old phone carrier (ENA), the secretaries in our school buildings could transfer a call directly to a teacher's voicemail. That option no longer appears for them with Zoom. Is there something on our end we need to do in order for that to work?

They do this when a teacher is actively teaching a class and they don't want to disturb them. We know there is a DND button on the phones, but the teachers have a habit of not turning that back off.

Zoom Call Transfers Ringing all Call Queue members desk phones

We have a Call Queue on our account that has 3 members who answer any calls that come in to that queue. They are experiencing a weird issue when they go to transfer a phone call to an internal user - all 3 members in the Call Queue will have their de... Show more

We have a Call Queue on our account that has 3 members who answer any calls that come in to that queue. They are experiencing a weird issue when they go to transfer a phone call to an internal user - all 3 members in the Call Queue will have their desk phones (Polycom VVX 501) ring simultaneously and the member transferring the call will also have their phone ring like there is a call incoming but no display on the desk phone. They also mention that whenever internal users call each other on Zoom, their desk phones will ring as well.

 

I have done numerous testing with this to determine the cause but I can't seem to find the solution. I have tried adding myself to Call Queue and see if my Zoom apps ring as above (nothing), I have checked call logs in Zoom admin portal and did not find any issues with call flow as stated. 

I am unsure if this is a phone setting or a Call Queue setting that I am missing.

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Any additional information needed, I can add!

multiple voicemails playing with my basic phone plan. I do not know how to delete them. It is crazy.

Every time I changed my greeting the system kept all the version and now when someone call the number assigned to me all the messages get deleted. There is no one to call for support. what should I do.

How do you display the BLF status of desktop phones from the desktop application? I have a receptionist that will be using the desktop application for call transferring who will need to monitor the status of physical phones. 

 

Right now all phones just show as "offline" under contacts. See photo attached. However, anyone using the desktop application shows the correct status.
