Hello! I have been tasked with figuring out how to toggle recordings on our company desktop phones. We recently transitioned to using the zoom phone service. We cannot have on the setting where recording is always on (with the type of work we do). However, we would like the option of recording some calls so they can be transcribed when needed. We know how to do this on the desktop app, but I need to figure out how to start and stop a recording on our physical desktop phones. For example, is there a code like *4 we can press to make it start recording? Does anyone have any experience in doing this?

I received a notification that "one of your 10DLC Campaigns is in a Rejected status. Please see the details below:

Your privacy policy mentions that you share consumer personal data or consent with third parties / affiliates"

 

My question is what do need to change about the privacy policy to satisfy the requirements for approval?

 

The email says to refer to  this document but it contains no information regarding the particular rejection reason i received.

Hello. We're setting up a new Zoom Phone system, so I'm a big newbie here. We have mostly Yealink T46S phones, but I have a couple of T48S as well. I've had no trouble provisioning the T46S phones, but I can not get the T48S phones to provision. I am following the steps as instructed (added the phone, downloaded and installed firmware, did a factory reset, added in the provision URL). But when I test it, it says the provisioning failed and it shows the phone offline. It also says that a factory reset is needed to provision, but I have done that multiple times now. All three of the T48S I have tried have failed. I can access the phones via the Yealink web interface, so I think they are working correctly. I am just not sure why I can't get them to provision. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm a one-person small business.  I have two phone numbers and two phones in the office.  I'd like both phones to receive calls on both numbers but when I go to assign my numbers, it looks like it will only allow me to assign one of the two numbers to my user account.  How to I accomplish what I'm looking for?

Whitelist certain numbers after hours.

Hi, can anyone tell me if its possible to set normal business hours (m-f 9am - 5pm) to send all calls to voicemail outside of those ours except certain numbers? 

I want any customers that call my shop before 9am or after 5pm to go to voicemail except certain specific numbers from my business clients which I want to ring through to me during out of hours, can I do this?

Mp3 Voicemail Attachment Not in Email

We have it setup to where when we get a voicemail to the main line an email goes to me and to my boss. However, the email I receive includes the attached mp3 of the message whereas my boss only receives the transcription without the attachment. Any idea why that is and how to go about fixing it?
