This has been really frustrating, i keep on getting different answers for zoom support. What i wanna do is really simple and shouldn't be so complicating: I have a main number with an auto receptionist for my business. (Dial 1 for customer service, dial 2 for our hours and location etc.) and one user\ext. (me). I want to be able to send and receive SMS text messages. But because the number is the main company phone number i am unable to do so:(  Any help would be appreciated.

Phone feature "Live Transcript"

Can you save or print "live transcript" from Zoom phone calls? If they are automatically saved somewhere can someone please tell me how/where to retrieve the transcript?

Resolved! Phone tab not appearing on desktop

I am unable to access my zoom phone tab from my desktop, its basically not showing up there and I'm making calls through mobile, I have tried signing out and logging back too for multiple times but still facing the same issue

Failed zoom phone transfer

We are having two main issues with the transfer option on the Zoom phone calls.

 

1) Some calls we receive display the option to transfer and other phone calls do not display the option to transfer on our Zoom apps both on the phone and desktop.

 

2) When the transfer option does appear we are unable to successfully transfer the caller. Every time we attempt to transfer, we are told that the call "cannot be completed" and to "try again" later even though all phone lines in our building are working.

 

Can anyone please provide some insight into this issue?

They have complained to me that they find the “Auto recording message” at the beginning of the call annoying. How can I turn it off. When I search, I mostly find articles about turning on recordings for meetings. Thank you

When I get a call, I only get it through my cellphone and not my computer

I used to get phone calls through my cellphone and my desktop, but for some reason now it only goes to my phone. I checked settings and I have it set correctly. What should I do?

SMS Group Threads

When sending texts to a group of people in Zoom, the replies that come back are not threaded in the group chat but come back individually. Is there a way to fix this?
