After it taking over 6 months to "port" my number from MagicJack to Zoom, the experience has been a dismal failure. 1. voicemail messages showed up on my laptop for a few hours and then disappeared leaving a message "no data" 2. outgoing calls cannot be made using the app on my mobile phone Communicating with a tech via e-mail is not getting resolution. Is there a number to actually speak with a human?

I have been having intermittent issues with answering inbound calls from a queue. The call rings to both my cell phone and computer. When I try to answer on my cell phone, I get an error that "Your call cannot be completed as dialed." The call still rings to my computer and is able to be answered successfully. When I look at my call log afterwards, I see an outbound dial to +11234567 that is time stamped at the same time the call came in. This does not happen with every call but does occur at least once or twice a day. After this occurs, I always the Google Play Store and the app is up to date (current version 6.1.11 (23987). The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S21+, Android version 14. Any ideas?

Any reason why call handling isn't working for some reason? Setting is set for user to forward to voicemail if it's not answered. It works if the user rejects the call, but if they do not answer it only plays the message without going to voicemail. Any ideas?

Our nonprofit just moved from Dialpad to Zoom Phone. One capability that Dialpad had was a common contact list for a department. Any change made to a contact was shared with everyone in the department. We're using Zoom Phone's "Imported Contacts" feature for company-wide contacts, but for our Partner Care Department, I don't want to add donors to this company-wide list. I want to keep the information within that department. I've searched for a Zoom Phone solution but can't find one.

Is there a way to disable a person from signing out of a call queue or a shared line group? We have a situation where we want everyone in a department to have their desk phone ring if the call is not answered by the initial call queues. It wouldn't have to ring the mobile and desktop app, but at a minimum it would ring their desk phone regardless of their status in the "receive shared calls" section of their profile. It also doesn't have to be a Call Queue. I haven't found another option that accomplishes this, but hopeful that someone else has an idea I haven't considered. Thanks.

We are using External Contacts as a system speed dial. I manually entered the handful of entries that currently appear in this list. In the Zoom client the list is called "Imported Contacts" which doesn't mean anything to end users. Can this list be renamed to System Contacts or similar?

I purchased the $10/mo Zoom Phone plan and no matter what I do, I cannot get it to work. I have a digital number but it does not allow me to make or receive calls and it is very frustrating that no one will talk to you, especially when it's holding up my business. Can anyone provide guidance? When I try to call, it just says: "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan" but I'm positive that this is what I signed up for. Please help!!!
