Trying to setup OFF HOOK dialing for a door phone. AKA - hot line phone. It's a Poly VVX 150 telephone. Need it to ring to an auto attendant upon going off hook. I located a configuration file for an older model of Poly, but this series does not like the one I found. Has anyone configured this before with a VVX Poly? Is there a way to configure this in Zoom?

Our receptionists are wondering if there is a more efficient way to transfer calls. In most cases, they use the direct transfer method. With our previous phone system, the default transfer method was direct and they could accomplish that by typing the name or extension and then pressing enter in the application. When using the Zoom Workplace Application, the menu asking for Direct, Warm or Voicemail pops up and seems to require a mouse click on one of the options to proceed. Is there a way to accomplish this with the keyboard only? It would improve the efficiency of our reception group when they are handling multiple calls.

We just rolled out Zoom Phone. One thing people have noticed is that when a person is not talking, it is completely silent. Zoom's audio codec suppression does such a good job that people think the call may be disconnected or the other person hung up. Is there any way to introduce a bit of low level white noise or "comfort noise" into the silent portions of a phone call?

ZOOMイベントでウェビナーのようにアンケートを退出時に表示させたいのですが、方法はあります。
イベント終了後タブには、イベントアンケートとセッションアンケート選択することができず、その2つだとイベントやセッションが終了した場合に表示されます。そのため、イベント途中で退出した人へはアンケートを表示しますすることができません。
My SMS campaign application was rejected for reason of "This brand's URL will not load to a valid website." I do not have a website, nor do I want or need one. Is there a workaround to this?
I am using Zoom Sip with TLS and I can able to send the REGISTER request with Zoom and received 200 but when I send a Zoom INVITE sip request I get 403 It is with the same auth that I am using for sending the REGISTER request can anyone did this previously.

We need the SMS feature for answering simple questions with clients, such as "Can you text me your address". Do we need to do a campaign for just answering questions? We don't send out mass texts.
we paid for international calling and when we call out it says our plan does not support it. and why does it take 6 months to get sms.
