High number of reports of call drops
Has anyone noticed a high number of users reporting call drops over the last week? We have had a significant number of users reporting high call drops, our users are utilizing the Zoom client and in most cases are on 2.6.6. Looking at the logs I do not see any abnormal latency, jitter, round trip times and according to our network team we are not seeing any traffic being blocked or drops on our network. I have a support case open but curious if this is just our org or if others are also seeing this. Thanks,
