No matter how many ways there are to send documents, the need to send a fax remains. But faxes transmitted over VoIP can suffer from low image quality — a challenge that FaxSIPit has helped solve. Faxing is still used by businesses in healthcare, finance, law, and real estate, with security often top of mind for customers. And FaxSIPit provides the faxing they need, right from Zoom.

We are testing SMS to confirm some appointments with homeowners. Is there a way that we can change the SMS/Caller ID to show our 800 # (we are able to do this with phone calls). Currently when we send a text message the receiver will get a "Potential Spam" ID or the personal phone number of the employee on their phone. We do not wish to do this because our teams are on queue and no one should be calling their personal ext or phone number for work.  Nor do we want our customers to have the Caller ID say Potential Spam. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello:

I have the setting "Receive calls while on a call" enabled for my sequential call queue. When the first agent, however, is on a call either from the queue or their personal line, if another call comes in on the queue, it skips to the next available agent in the sequential queue list.

I found the below in the documentation from Call Handling:

Note: You will not receive call notifications from call queues if you're currently on a call or have disabled calls from call queues.

I want Agent 1 to be able to receive notification of another call combining on the call queue regardless if Agent 1 is on another call or not.

Is this possible?

A lot of our staff members have requested that ONLY direct dial calls ring to their cell, but not queue calls.  Anyone else interested in this enough to put in a feature request on it to help push it along?

We have deployed Poly Edge e350 phone to our desk and have the network passthrough the phone to the PC.  In the last several months, we have had several calls about people that could not access the network on their computer.  After troubleshooting the problem, we determined the problem was addressed by rebooting the phone.  Once the phone is rebooted, network traffic passes normally.  The phones are currently on firmware version 8.2.3.0870.  Has anyone else experience this issue?

One idea we've considered for handling this is to proactively reboot the phones during our weekly maintenance window.  Is there a way to perform that action automatically at scale?

Hi,

I have users that are members to Call Queue and enable automatic call recording in Call Queue Level Pollicy.

In the user Policy the call recording is disabled.

I need all the outbound calls from the Call queue to be recorded (it is already done) but when the member of the Call queue makes an internal call to not be recorded.

is that possible?

Thank you in advance.

Alex

Hello,

I’m a student using Zoom on my tab (Infinix XPAD 20) with android 15. After finishing one meeting, my audio completely disappears in the next meeting. Reinstalling Zoom temporarily fixes it, but it fails again immediately after the next meeting.

It worked fine for the first two days after installation, but this started right after a system update.

What I’ve tried so far:

Force-closing Zoom

Restarting the device

Clearing cache / offloading app

Reinstalling app

Joining a test meeting before classes

Zoom version: 6.5.12.33008

This issue makes it impossible to attend back-to-back classes. Please help or advise if there’s a workaround for mobile devices.

Thank you!
