Assigning speed dial buttons using a provisioning template
Hi All
I would like to assign speed dial buttons to Poly E220 phones using the provisioning template. Is that possible? If so, could someone share an example of the required code?

I would like to assign speed dial buttons to Poly E220 phones using the provisioning template. Is that possible? If so, could someone share an example of the required code?
After the last update the zoom phone recording links are no longer available in Salesforce. I submitted a case for this and was told that I needed to submit a "feature request" to see if they can put this feature back. Not saying that the answer was wrong but did Zoom really remove this from their Salesforce integration?

When receiving incoming calls on our Yealink t33g phones the caller ID display is showing the phone number of the caller, and as soon as I pick up the phone it will display the correct caller ID name. For example, we get a random call which will show the caller ID name as their phone number such as xxx-xxx-xxxx and then it will switch to "Wireless Caller" or whatever the correct caller ID name is after the phone call is answered. Anyhow know how to resolve this issue to actually display the caller ID name before I answer the phone? Thank you.

We’ve installed the Zoom Phone for HubSpot integration, but it’s not logging any calls. We also tried making calls directly through HubSpot, but the calls are not going through.
There is not currently a way to use the API to log users in and out of the call ques, if managers want to log their user in or out of a call que, I must now give them access to the administrative side of Zoom Phone, whereas if I had API access, I could make them a light weight application for them to sign their users in and out of. Please can we add to the API to be able to log users in and out of call ques so I can give the managers this access.

Is there a way to have a standard cover page added to the beginning of outgoing faxes? Perhaps this is an antiquated practice but many individuals are likely to want to include a cover page with a fax. Certainly we could manually add a cover page to each fax but looking for a more automated solution. If there is not an efficient way to do this currently, does Zoom intend to add this feature?

Not sure if this is the right place to post/request this, but here it goes! We are starting to utilize the new fax cover sheet templates, which are great!! But there's one small issue we'd like to see improved. On the "From" line of the cover page, it is adding in the sending user's display name which is great. However, lots of our users in our org have various letters, designations, certifications, etc. in their display names that all have various special characters such as ®, ™, and © On the actual fax cover page that is sent, instead of the actual symbol, the cover page has " : registered : " in place for "®" I would love to see if Zoom could update this to support the special characters themselves so that they display properly

Does anyone know how to download all phone call live transcriptions in bulk? Right now, I only see the option to copy and paste each one individually, but the system doesn’t seem to allow bulk downloads. What we’d like to do is export all of these transcripts and connect them to a Google Spreadsheet. From there, we want to create an automation that automatically adds both the call transcription and the call recording into our CRM. Can someone guide me on how to achieve this or suggest the best workflow?
